@tescomobile I’ve hardly any signal since 10/2/2021. I’m unable to receive calls and texts come through delayed. I got told to check the 02 network issue checker & it just says for the last 2 weeks ‘a mast not working as it should sorry’ when this going to be fixed?!

@tescomobile My network signal is two bars for £100 pounds a month and you say your not robbing people out of their hard earned money @tescomobile it’s not my handset not my phone sim so the only other things I’d your NETWORK “DO NOT TRUST THEM”

@tescomobile guys - twice this month I've had my phone booked in for collection and repair (have a hardware issue where phone will not find network providers and still have a warranty). Both times no one has arrived to collect and got an email last night to say its cancelled
