  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile disgusted with your costumer service this week after my mum reported my nephew being groomed online on a phone number she pays for 3 days later it is still active and you can’t tell us when it will be disconnected. Keep your kids and grandkids away from @tescomobile

  @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

  @tescomobile how can I find out if my sim has failed? Second day of no mobile signal/data. I’ve tried repeated turn off and on again with no luck. My kids are on same network and have signal so I know it’s not an area issue

  Frustrated? Unable to sign in to @tescomobile So upgraded over phone, only to be sent an email to confirm, which needs me to....sign in to tescomobile. Need phone by Friday
