dero (@rophnode) reported@tescomobile Almost a week with no reliable mobile signal at home (NP20 area). O2 are apparently doing upgrade works nearby. Was supposed to be finished by Sun 5/12, then today (Tues 7/12) and now it's going to be Fri 10/12. I assume I'll get a refund?

stella (@x_x_stella_x_x) reported@tescomobile I did question it but was told it would still be applied. All very well to offer to cancel it but Black Friday deals have finished now and it was my daughters birthday present. Shall I just take it back off her? 💩 service all round. I’ve been a loyal mobile customer for years

1stBallymacashbeaver (@1stBallymacashb) reported@tescomobile Why is your customer service so poor. Quick enough to take my money on black Friday and then cancel my order and won't tell me why. No sign of refund. Several store visits, several phone calls, several Web chats, several dm's no answers. @tescomobile #disappointedcustomer.

stella (@x_x_stella_x_x) reported@tescomobile Oh really??? I bought a “Clubcard” deal iPhone 12 on Black Friday but the sales man made a mistake and didn’t apply my Clubcard so I never got the deal. Fast forward and I’m billed for the full price and after a lot of “I’m sorry’s”, there’s nothing we can do now but cancel

cassie (@cassietaylorllb) reported@tescomobile after delivering our new phone to the wrong address, pretending to investigate, police proving it was returned to you, you still refuse to replace the phone and bill us for one we never received, Great customer service!!
-
stella (@x_x_stella_x_x) reported@tescomobile I spent one and a half hours this morning in tesco phone shop then another hour with customer services. Everyone was sorry but useless to help me

1stBallymacashbeaver (@1stBallymacashb) reported@tescomobile Still awaiting to hear from fraud team. Customer not Fraudster #disappointedcustomer.

Jannine (@janninexx) reported@tescomobile any reason my mobile network ain't working? And why your own site says there's no issues yet every other outage site clearly shows a problem??? Lying counts

mel (@SWstudent78) reported@tescomobile Hi. Liz referred me over to a specialist team regarding my phone mast issue on Saturday. She said I'd hear in 24 hours and I've heard nothing. Also just had a text saying they still are talking to the landlord of the site and will update in a week. Its been 5 weeks now...

Mark! (The Herald Angels Sing) (@gomark) reported@tescomobile Actually, just to clarify on this: I can see on my device how to do a manual network selection, but would texts & calls on another network incur additional charges? (Can't see a way to switch to 2G or 3G only - my options appear limited to 4G as baseline with 5G 'on' or 'auto'.)
