    Rang @O2 to enquirer about upgrade options only to be me by an incredibly rude customer service agent who had absolutely no interest in helping or talking to me when I asked if they could get close to a @tescomobile deal. Looks like it’s time to leave after 10 years of loyalty

    @SirianSto @tescomobile They outsourced their customer services to Capita. That's the problem. I've been with Tesco for years and it used to be so much better. time to move on now as the level of service is going down the pan.

    @tescomobile how am I supposed to pay for my now cut off phone if I can't log in to my pay monthly account (FYI its cut off because I get paid 4 weekly so It never gets paid on time)

    @tescomobile Congratulations. Promoted tweets like this just make me use your product less & stop going to your stores. I never use Tesco mobile, never will, pointless advert that pisses me off, you lose a Tesco shop customer & some random ad company gets 0.00000001p ! World is ****** up!!

    @tescomobile So what has caused the problem then? Nat West say it is you, you are saying it isn't. . . I haven't cancelled anything, there is plenty of money in the account to pay, my payment details are the same. I will obviously pay but I don't want this to happen again.

    @tescomobile Yeah put my postcode in and for the 10 time het the same currently busy in your area and speeds will be greatly reduced try using hot spots. So now I have to plan my day around where I can het signal not really mobile then what a great company lol do they reduce the cost NOPE

    @tescomobile No network available again today, not going to be sorted until 29 th at 8 pm!! Really this is awful. Do you at least have a compensation scheme?
