@tescomobile I'm having some signal trouble in the Ligma area, could you investigate?

@tescomobile I haven't, but it sounds like the policy is pretty firm. Best case now if I do stay with tesco is I'll cancel and just start a new one in my legal name, as that seems like it would be simpler than going through all the effort to change it on my existing account

@tescomobile 1/2, So Rob and team the saga continues. They phoned twice yesterday, thank you. This morning again 10am as l suspected a new SIM required. My father went back to the store. Helpful assistant swapped SIM, called customer care. They had it as pay as you go. This was incorrect.

@tescomobile Not your fault, Laura. But, that doesn’t help me when I’m constantly on the move. A postcode is not gonna help. It’s just a general issue with the signal strength that should be looked into. I should have 5G, but saying 4G, and that’s a struggle. 15 mins to reply to this tweet

@tescomobile customer service has really gone downhill. Then I remembered they contracted it out to Crapita. That explains it.

@tescomobile not good customer service. Just in a call arranging a new contract for my mother with you when it hits 18:00 and you kill the call halfway through the call. Will look elsewhere now if that's how you work.

So @tescomobile. Simple issue- one you must get all the time. Can’t get any help through customer services by phone nor website. We need to close a relatives phone account. We have enduring power of attorney. Who do we contact?

@tescomobile Charged £10 for an automatic top-up but I don't have automatic top-ups enabled on my account. Please help.

@tescomobile sincerely hope you’ll be calling me first thing to sort this out. As I explained yesterday, an urgent phone upgrade is required to support software for my daughter’s medical device! Had hoped for a better experience 😔

@tescomobile my a51 5g has an awful data connection. Do you know if they are all like this, whether it's only when they are on Tesco or might I just have a duff one. Could I try a 4g sim card instead?
