for god's sake don't sign up with @tescomobile If the signal map tells you it's fine in your area DON'T TRUST IT, get someone that already has tesco mobile to try their phone at your home; you might be surprised! After I signed up I've barely been able to call anyone from home.

Appalling customer service from @tescomobile waiting 25 days and counting instead of 24 hours to transfer my old mobile number! No resolution no ownership no timeline ….. nothing. Would not recommend Tesco mobile to anyone. All I want for Christmas is my old number back!!

@tescomobile Many thanks , just for everyone, after waiting a week to get issue resolved im now told i have to wait a further 3 working days to “try “ resolve their **** up, in the mean time the customer can whistle not interested in them . Will remember this lack of service . Many thanks!

@HParf @philburns @tescomobile I'm leaving as soon as I can. I've never had such appalling service. Beyond disappointed. The man in store was mortified at how poorly I'd been treated... And no end in sight! Thanks xx
