    to look in @tescomobile store In Ely last night thinking about maybe a getting new phone and contract with them as my current one with giff gaff is rubbish, but the lady didn’t seem too interested in my custom saying their network was same as giff gaff maybe I should go to EE

    @tescomobile No it’s just where I live as I’ve been further afield and it works , I just felt like I wasn’t important enough to be a customer I expect people to be helpful and want to help me out but it didn’t feel like it

    @MCDBEES @tescomobile It's rubbish. Mine doesn't work and they want to charge me £180 to cancel a sim only deal. Disgusting behaviour.

    @tescomobile I've been extremely disappointed with my service and treatment from your so called customer care team in the last month. I'm owed almost £90 from payments that I made. I've been promised call backs that haven't happened. The list goes on.

    @tescomobile We are going to add it to my husbands account. We hadn’t realised you could do that. Only issue is he hadn’t updated his address. How many days will we have to wait to order it to correct address?

    @tescomobile Not sure how, you customer service is awful, I am trying to deal with you teams following the sudden death of my husband and have been treated appallingly including having all our accounts cancelled and not returning calls.

    @CraftyNigel @tescomobile I never use contracts. Buy a sim free phone outright and a 10 pound a month data pack👍
