    @Tesco @tescomobile Secondly… tesco mobile says they give me unlimited internet but everywhere I go I only get 3G or EDGE… am i living in 1995 or something? It’s just terrible even people the desert uploading videos get better connection than me 🤦🏽

    @tescomobile Just to keep the general grocery buying public informed Tesco are NOT solving the problem.. even though "EVERY LITTLE HELPS" ? Refunds and transfering mobile numbers to a competitor does NOT fall into this category ! 🤢🧐🤠

    @tescomobile I've just arrived in Canada and my phone won't work because I've exceeded my cap set at £40 but I only made one call of a minute's duration when I arrived. I can't login to my account either to see what's happened. I need to be able to use my phone. Please help.

    @tescomobile ongoing issue for 3 months, could probably get hold of the Queen quicker than someone in management!. Now left with no service on my phone.... ridiculous!!! Customer care my arse!. Sorry doesn't cut it no more!

    @tescomobile I’m finding that when I have Wi-Fi turned on but not connected when I’m out my mobile data won’t work, so I have to switch to airplane mode for 10 secs to ‘reset’ it. Only happening since I switched to you guys, any idea on a long term fix?

    @tescomobile Thanks Rob. But why is it so expensive compared to your competition? It’s 4066% more expensive. I’ve been a customer for 15 years or so. I’ll cancel my contract the day I return. I don’t want to be extorted

    @williamshankly @tescomobile @Tesco I hear you, but it has taken me over a year to cancel. I didn’t expect anything from them, just thought it might be nice since they can easily see from records that Dad, 87, has been paying for a service that has been totally unused since mam died.
