    @tescomobile now on the verge of cancelling mine, my son's and my mum's contracts & insurance. 7 days since my vulnerable son's phone stolen and no replacement - 4 days since complaint lodged. No contact from anyone. I do the calling. #disgustingcustomerservice

    @tescomobile So apparently I dont meet the criteria for a Tesco mobile phone contract 🤔 and yet I have a Tesco Credit Card, an excellent credit score, no Cifas markers, no outstanding debts, no CCJs and yet still I've been turned down for credit 😤

    @tescomobile AVOID must be 1 of the worst companys customer service av dealt with when cancelling/ paying off a contract(2 phones on it) whoever she was wasnt happy and i think shes actually locked the phone of an account thats 2 years was up so technically the phone was payed 4

    @tescomobile Atrocious customer service, advisors haven’t a clue giving conflicting information. My tarrif was supposed to change on the 9th, the change hasn’t taken place little help offered and basically told to suck it. Great way to treat a customer of 11 years.
