@tescomobile Answer phone ring only 10 seconds why ? I have been a loyal customer for many years. Reason good customer service. No Longer the case unfortunatly ! Overseas agents with poor accents. Overly complicated menu system. Wish I could leave without penalty

Been trying to resolve this since 6th April through their customer care challenges. No manager ring back despite a request being raised and a 24hr promise #tescomobile #clairepickthall

@tescomobile has utterly disgraceful service TWO HOURS to speak to a department on hold...still didn't manage to speak to someone... Had letter about the bill arrive today saying it's overdue... services restricted next week...and are restricted today
