A squirrel in a bunnet (@weeveebee) reported@tescomobile my partner has “used” all her monthly data in a week. It’s highly unlikely this could be correct as her data never runs out. She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet but… NO DATA. Can you please help?

Only had to pay the 19.99 1st payment apparently they can't take payments from Monzo I asked if it could be taken off or added to my first bill but she said no!!! Attitude was horrible too

I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!
