    @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this monthโ€™s payment as I couldnโ€™t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

    After getting a new ๐Ÿ†• phone and iPad from @tescomobile recently the signal around Wisbech is non existent, Iโ€™ve put in my @EE SIM card today, actually getting two bars and a working signal, next to sign up to @Starlink tomorrow. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

    I wonder if @tescomobile is ever going to sort out issue we have with a number going from contract to payg .. ?? Nearly a month now .. numerous live chats , phonecalls and even a complaint ... To be told to wait ... And wait ... And wait ?? Waited long enough now

    @tescomobile I have just called you to cancel my mumโ€˜s contract, she has late stage dementia, has just suffered a huge stroke meaning she is no longer able to communicate. Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

    @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

    @tescomobile hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ my 4g isnโ€™t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?

    @tescomobile We tried calling 4488 but it kept redirecting to an automated message about using the app and then ending the call. So im not really sure how I was meant to help him

    @tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

    @tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.
