Steve Collins Photo (@SteveC_Photos) reported@tescomobile I switched from o2 to @tescomobile a few years ago, and it’s been brilliant…far better customer service, much lower cost and no fee increases ever on our monthly sim-only packages. Only thing missing is lack of support for visual voicemail on iPhone. Otherwise perfect.

Because I did like tesco's but to get a near enough £900.00 debt (Which is £100 of a Macbook Air) is shocking. That's why I paid it off and moved to @O2.

Addobea (@bdublll) reported@DPDgroup_news said they dropped off a @tescomobile parcel, when in fact it got sent back to depot. Yet no communication when it will be resent?! Poor customer service, shouldn't have to be chased down for a fault on your part.
