    @tescomobile Hi tried to contact customer services today ref finding out what I need to do, after a very lengthy wait the operator had no clue what so ever and couldn’t help me.

    @tescomobile 1 year on from complaining and still unresolved! Spent day on phone, waited over 40 mins to get call answered then spoke to advisor for 5/10 minutes then put on hold but each time was then cut off! No service in area therefore phone doesn’t work.

    @tescomobile @ConstructionFE @NatWest_Help I'd love to but she didn't give me it. I'll be honest the service wasn't good at all. If you're going to have a customer helpline it'd be good if they were capable of helping. Even if it's directing you to another helper that is more knowledgeable than them

    @tescomobile I have 4 lines with tesco although is getting no Internet, checked allowances and rebooted phone still nothing :( saying no issues
