@tescomobile impossible to get through to speak to anyone. No appropriate options and wound my way through tortuous jolly voices that were no help until I was kicked out. NOT impressed and still have my query.

@tescomobile I do actually have a top up voucher that i purchased from your IOM Store in September but did not put it on the phone as dad did not go away .. However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .

@tescomobile hi a few weeks ago the phone shop in my store asked for a super duper code we got one sent to my phone but never used it is there a way you can cancel the last request so I have 1 left as and when I need it
