    @tescomobile Thanks, so even though my sim is o2 it will actually work as the phone can be used on any network provider now it’s unlocked?

    @tescomobile There was no usage, it was unusable for the week I had it with no signal, which was the initial issue of complaint being sold a phone & told there were no signal issues (in said store).

    @tescomobile really not liking my samsung a53, drops WiFi connection when at home despite other devices being fine and 4g coverage poor. Should've stayed with vodafone

    @tescomobile I can't make any outgoing calls, nor receive incoming. Supposedly no issues. I've tried turning my phone on and off - are there issues?

    @tescomobile Please do enlighten me why I should pay any thing for a contract cancelled within the 14 day time frame because the network didn’t work at all for the duration I had it and this was a specific question I asked when buying it. I’ll ring customer services today to sort it out
