    @tescomobile hi Sean, something to do with an upgrade to a 4g sim card which is happening tomorrow but I have the card and she is 2 hours away-phone will be switched off at 1pm tomorrow - really poor for elderly vulnerable customers...

    @tescomobile I reported a fault on Monday with a ridiculously poor signal. One bar outside, no service intermittently inside. Happening for a few weeks now. No update on that complaint and there are other users in the local area on Facebook who have complained. This needs fixing!

    @tescomobile absolutely disgusting bought a new phone on the 6th DECEMBER that is not working! iphone11 contacted them and they offered a repair leaving a single mum in the middle of a pandemic with no way to contact anyone as I have no landline! Same on you

    @tescomobile Help! I topped up my phone this morning, got a message saying my Rocket Pack had gone through, and then received one a while later telling me it hasn’t. Can you please tell me what’s going on as the app isn’t very helpful!

    @MoG_Cibion @tescomobile @virginmedia At least they're not asking me to do dumb troubleshooting bullshit that doesn't make sense, and are honest about their unwillingness to help. Haha. To be fair though, Virgin really does have some great deals on phones which I wouldn't have checked out without Tescos incompetence
