So the solution given to me by @tescomobile is to revisit the online chat and basically repeat what I told them in April and in emails through May #nothanks #tescomobiledealwiththeissue

  • CaptainJames37 James Andrews (@CaptainJames37) reported

@tescomobile They were told they couldn’t cancel until they returned the phone, but the point is they still haven’t received the phone! Meanwhile they are over £200 out of the pocket, no phone and no idea if/when they’ll get refunded

  • CaptainJames37 James Andrews (@CaptainJames37) reported

@tescomobile Yes they have asked to cancel, but were told they couldn’t as it was ‘under investigation’. My dad (the account holder) has spoken to various people regularly over the last 2 weeks but nothing has been resolved yet. Just concerned as I mentioned he’s elderly and getting stressed

  • suzi_inchains Suzi (@suzi_inchains) reported

@tescomobile Hi, I did this (see photo) it states there are issues with the mast

  • CarlMalkin6 Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported

Does anyone @tescomobile know what they are doing? It appears customer services hate customers and are intent on driving them all to other providers.

  • CarlMalkin6 Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported

@tescomobile Thank you Maria. I have resolved the problem by myself using two separate devices to work around your bizarre system. It's not something a chatbot is capable of solving. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANYTHING! I have fully updated my account and would prefer it to continue working!

  • LilacNannie LilacNannie (@LilacNannie) reported

@O2 @tescomobile sick of having intermittent signal. Hours of no signal despite assurances there isn’t a problem. THERE IS!

  • hoodedpigwoman hoodedpigwoman (@hoodedpigwoman) reported

And: @tescomobile : no, you can't speak to a supervisor, they can't speak to customers And best of all: T: We'll have to ask for an unlock code and it could be 20 days to arrive. Can we have a number to call you on? Me: only a landline T: no, it has to be a mobile Me: wtf?

  • KevinBe33101813 Kevin Beattie (@KevinBe33101813) reported

@tescomobile unable to access my account on the app, message states there is a problem & contact 4455!

  • pinksazz78 UKEWLadyWarrior (@pinksazz78) reported

@tescomobile hi my son and daughter are on your network and both have had same issues for past week, can't hear phones ringing and missed important appointments and if they call out they can't hear person on the other end, is this a technical problem?
