@tescomobile How is it you advertise such a great signal and coverage with O2 network…… I’m with O2 and believe me it’s shite. Bad signal most of the time and don’t get me started on dropped calls😡

@L3GSV @tescomobile It's a stupid saying anyway. Nobody buys a cake for its aesthetic values.

@Jessrocks71 @StompWompin @tescomobile It’s when an app uses data in the background to update even when you aren’t using it. That’s awful. Contact the ombudsman as that doesn’t sound right.

@Jessrocks71 @StompWompin @tescomobile KD I recommend you go on to Martin Lewis site and check out the forums for similar issues. They have a service called Resolver which I used to reclaim money from Experian for charges for their credit checking service because I could have got the same for free. You never know.

@tescomobile I suspect that any existing contact will still be with Vodafone but when they renew it will be with 02. 02s service needs to be improved dramatically. I was with 02 3 years ago and the poor network was one of the reasons I went with Virgin. O2 has not improved at all.

@tescomobile Let me assure you that any new contract for a Virgin package is now on the O2 network. I have a 02 SIM card in my phone, I have just signed up for 18 month bundle with Virgin and been sent the SIM card by them.
