@tescomobile hi I cancelled a order recently and it should be cancelled today but I still see it appearing and I can still log into the account as it’s meant to close down. How will I know once the order is cancelled and account closed as I need to reorder?

@tescomobile I was told that I'll get it back within 5 working days then I got back to customer service just took make sure it was true and they said I'll get it back within 24-hours no one told me about a bill have to wait till the 22nd of September I didn't even generate a bill s

So @tescomobile - I can't get through to your Live Chat because there's no-one there, your operators (when they bother to answer) cut me off and nobody answers on WeFix. So, how am I supposed to get my @tescomobile phone fixed? Anyone there help?

@tescomobile hi I ordered a phone but was hoping I can go collect it as I have a Tesco ovule store next to me. Can I not go and collect the phone with the order number rather than wait as I’m NEVER home due to work and I live alone .

@tescomobile Both Iv just looked on the checker it says it’s fine but it ain’t as Tesco’s runs on o2 and o2 is down massivly surely Tesco’s would know this information right ? any idea how long this will be cause it’s been 2 days now
