    @tescomobile 3 days and still no phone!! Still waiting for customer complaints!! 1-3 working days!! 2 weeks later and guess what...nothing!! Stick to selling groceries!!

    @tescomobile Disgusting service. No data, struggle to make calls and even if o do get through can’t hear or it sounds like we are underwater. Worst service in my 10 years with you.

    Not sure I updated on Dad’s problems w debt collectors acting 4 @tescomobile last week. Once I sent them Power of Attorney (he has dementia) everything was sorted out - mainly thanks to lovely Marie with their Additional Support Team. Debt & phone contract now cancelled.
