    @tescomobile I have recently upgraded my sim only contract. I asked to keep the same number and was ensured this would happen. Instead my old number has been disconnected which is the complete opposite of what I asked for. This has been terrible service. Please get in touch.

    @tescomobile Been having an issue with texts to my sister displaying the number on the SIM card you sent me rather than the number I ported from my previous provider. I've asked for a new SIM with my actual number on. Today my phone service has stopped. Please can you contact me

    @akrsbristol1973 @tescomobile Tesco seems to be the worst, I now shop mainly at Lidl and for stuff I can't get there Morison's. Shame as I did prefer Tesco

    @tescomobile Not the SIM as it happens to all 4 of them on the contract. Just a poor reception area, hence why WI-FI calling needed.

    @tescomobile I did and was told because I tried to top up 4 times, you blocked my card for 30 days. I explained there were more than sufficient funds and the error was your system. Apparently cant usey card for 30 days to top up??? Really tesco what a rubbish service!

    @tescomobile I've heard your service is dreadful. Think I'll stay where I am thanks. Anyway, my provider gives me a huge discount as I've been with them 15 years+
