Angela Ford (@Fordys_twits) reported from Ilkley, England
@tescomobile I have no WiFi at the moment and have spent a fortune on extra bundles only to find I’m getting a 3G service at home which is nothing short of useless. It’s basically drained every penny I’ve added and I’ve received no service! 😡

@tescomobile why have I received yet another two emergency alert alarms..
-
Finlay McLellan 💙 (@finlay_mclellan) reported
@ttb1965 @tescomobile Did your alert eventually come through? It's weird that the only person to get the alert in this house was my son's girlfriend who is on a different network provider.
-
Bethonie Waring (@bethonieboost) reported
@ThreeUK @tescomobile My bad, I think it's O2 that does Tesco.
-
Professor Bott (@BertieBottBean) reported
@finlay_mclellan @scotgov @tescomobile It’s nothing to do with your network provided. It isn’t a text message. It’s sent via radio to add the alert to your phone.
-
Caroline Cameron (@CarolineCamero2) reported
Didn't get it either- emergency alert settings were on @tescomobile
-
calum mackay (@the_mackay) reported
@tescomobile Now she has no data for 3 weeks. She is a vulnerable customer and she can’t do banking, talk to her family who all just use WhatsApp, can’t drive anywhere without her satnav. The joke is she should be getting 5gb and no contract for that amount of money
-
Neil Hedges (@nhedges14) reported
@tescomobile @Coley61 It looks to me like the emergency alerts are enabled in settings by default! So that isn't the explanation.

@Tesco you guys must be joking with your new pay at pump charges. You’ve taken and extra £90 on top of only £20 that I topped up with. What a crazy system. It’s not worth clubcard points to fill up with you. I left @tescomobile recently due to poor service. What a rubbish company

@tescomobile what's going on with the mobile network? Almost a week now since signal has been unstable. 😶

Keith M (@slainte_mhath_) reported
@tescomobile Some feedback as many didn't receive notification or was late. My "emergency alarm" came in one minute early & I'm based in Co Durham. Other than 1 min early no problem & the sound /vibration was loud enough, even with my moderate hearing loss
