    @tescomobile Tesco signal used to be awful but they’ve really upped their game over the years and now they’re a go to network provider

  • steve3963 steve sommers (@steve3963) reported

    @tescomobile Oh right. I misunderstood. I thought I just had to swap my Sims around once I’d lost the O2 signal. Okay so the Tesco Sim is now in, I’ll keep trying throughout the afternoon thanks.

    1 of 2 @tescomobile can I ask why, when my daughter's phone has been "repaired" once and it fails again, we cannot simply get a replacement phone from the tesco mobile shop? Instead we are asked to take the broken phone away, contact the care department who might then contact ...

    Why is it impossible to speak to a human @virginmedia to report an identity fraud unless you hang on for over an hour, when @SkyUK & @tescomobile have systems in place to do this /1

  • gringolito andy, friend of lorenzo saint Dubois. (@gringolito) reported

    @StompWompin @tescomobile My grandson ran up a bill of just over £800 the bill arrived Christmas eve ! Frost was the nature if the Christmas lunch Virginia would not budge, they said when asked about whether it had rung up alarms "yes but we know you will pay it, you won't want bad credit ratings" turds

  • fitzy020658 Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported

    @tescomobile I suspect that any existing contact will still be with Vodafone but when they renew it will be with 02. 02s service needs to be improved dramatically. I was with 02 3 years ago and the poor network was one of the reasons I went with Virgin. O2 has not improved at all.

  • 2021Wz 2021_wz (@2021Wz) reported

    @tescomobile Tesco doesn't have a mobile network.

  • fitzy020658 Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported

    @tescomobile No it’s not just in one area, I’m a coach driver that travels the country and the service is very very hit and miss. Lucky to get 3G let alone 4G. I now have a package with Virgin and have had to go with 02. The service I got with Virgin was first class, what a mistake.

  • fitzy020658 Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported

    @tescomobile Let me assure you that any new contract for a Virgin package is now on the O2 network. I have a 02 SIM card in my phone, I have just signed up for 18 month bundle with Virgin and been sent the SIM card by them.

  • grantst1967 Steve Grant (@grantst1967) reported

    @tescomobile Thanks Liz but I realise this. My point is why has it been made difficult for the customer when a broken phone amounts to a broken contract? Surely the onus should be on @tescomobile to fix this and limit the break in the contract?
