@tescomobile the service offered by @Tesco is absolutely shocking. Lie after lie. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but your manager Varsha is unbelievable and should not be working in customer services

@tescomobile I wrote to your CE two weeks ago about a breach of your security. No reply yet, not even an acknowledgement. It shows how seriously you treat your security!!!

@tescomobile My son needs to raise a formal complaint against you before involving the ombudsman. Can you please let me know where the complaint should be sent.

Has anyone else had a sudden drop in signal with @tescomobile ? I’m being told it’s due to a busy area but that can’t have suddenly happened a couple of weeks ago. I can barely make a phone call without issues. Seriously considering switching to someone else. Any recommendations?

@bernardandcathy @tescomobile @virginmedia It's due to UK laws, but it's okay, just keep changing your contact once a year and it drops back down again.

@WhyNotts_ @tescomobile @Tesco I know that Tesco take this type of incident seriously; it may be an idea to contact Customer Services and make them aware of the episode. I wish you well and hope you make progress 🙏🏾

@tescomobile I hope so as no one from Tesco mobile has supported him properly during the 3 months that the problem has been ongoing, and for Tesco to now start making threats to remove his service is beyond any reason. And I will keep this going in the public arena until it is resolved
