@tescomobile just been to your Peterborough branch and just an awful experience. Checked online before going to the branch and the S22+ showed available but the consultant said may be out of stock didn't even bother to check stock and told me to just to check online to order

@jenni_minto we still have no landlines or mobile signal on Gigha. @VodafoneUK @tescomobile or Openreach are doing nothing about it! That’s been over a month now! They still happy to charge us for using the networks that don’t work…

@tescomobile Cosmetic damage voids warranty? Not been dropped, not got wet. Breaks from a system update and I'm expected to pay for it to be repaired all whilst still paying my bill to you with no working phone???? Considering it's a system fault the repair falls to you to fix.

@tescomobile Didn't realise That..... This would be the 3rd time and it had a tantrum on the 2nd top up, the 3rd attempt was because I dialled the insurance for my car and it cost £10 for the emergency call, so I ran out of money but I tried my other card, it worked.

@tescomobile No, that's an excuse. The local mast has been broken for months now. It's not good enough.

@tescomobile There is slight cosmetic damage to the back casing (where the lavender colour is coming away from the back case itself) so your troubleshooter claims I will have to pay for it to be inspected incase this is the cause?? That can't be right, it's a software fault!

@tescomobile It's cosmetic. Considering I've had it for two years how can it be expected to be in pristine condition??? The only times I'm voiding warranty is by dropping it or water damage, neither of which occurred. It tried to do a system update and got stuck on a boot loop.

@tescomobile No problem. I was asked to pay the first month upfront which went through successfully. My email has an order number on it. Would you like me to send this through?

@tescomobile Nah they're not though because it's the exact same every single time. Awful service along the M6 corridor and also whenever it gets busy, it just struggles.
