@tescomobile Hi, I am on Tesco mobile and it is pretty good but why don't you support the virtual SIM on the new I-watches, O2 does and you use their network??

  • unique49650262 unique (@unique49650262) reported

@tescomobile I called the team but they said that they needed to speak to referrals? Then said I’d been declined but I never got to the part of being credit scored so I’m confused

@PrezzUk @tescomobile Lucky you! My experience of customer care is very different

@tescomobile Hi, I assume you mean logged in using desktop/laptop as opposed to the App? Can you provide me with a customer service telephone number please?

  • suz_sue sue_ hope (@suz_sue) reported

@tescomobile Have done all this before I tweeted, I went about 8 miles, was working when I left home, did not work in Dorchester as tried to use parking app and still not working at home. Still not working but have it here on a regular basis sadly when the weather isn't good.

@tescomobile Thanks Rob, it doesn't forward to her voicemail so I think there's an issue with her account. I'm not able to phone obviously and she's a pensioner & has already tried getting this fixed by calling Tesco. I'll have to ask her to do this again

@tescomobile Yes I took out a second contract. The signal issues are everywhere. You claim to have 99% 4G indoor coverage but I’m funding the 4G service to be well under par. I know your not planning on it but I’m saying you should. There are plenty of ppl online asking for it. Get it sorted!

@tescomobile is the Tesco mobile website down? Not working on my laptop or phone, a few others are having this issue too.

  • joerindad Joerindad (@joerindad) reported

@tescomobile are there any signal/network issues in Liverpool today? mine has dropped at home this morning when there's normally no problem, it's flitting between 0 and 1 bar.

  • ThatsASecretLOL Mark Baker (@ThatsASecretLOL) reported

@tescomobile It’s not the phone or the sim. I have one sim in an iPhone 12 Pro max and one in a Samsung Galaxy a42 5G. My wife also has an iPhone 12 Pro max with you and they are all having trouble. A call dropped 10 times on Monday when travelling from porthcawl to Barry so no it’s not us!
