Jeremy Lindsell (@JeremyLindsell) reported@tescomobile Website now updated. Failure of app to add data remains an issue. It also failed last time I had tried a few months ago. I had to call your help desk to sort it on that occasion.

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@AlexGodofsky @tescomobile I really am open to things having errors; that's life. But the fact that they seem to treat an order being completed without the user going through with it as stochastic is⦠bad
-
Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile And I can't log in to cancel because the order is linked to the phone number on the account I specifically didn't create (hence the time I spent with your customer service).

Damian Wawrzyniak π¨βπ³ (@ChefConsultant) reported@tescomobile Iβve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Please get an advanced tech team to look at this deadlock and DM me immediately to resolve this. #CustomerService #TescoMobile

Damian Wawrzyniak π¨βπ³ (@ChefConsultant) reported@tescomobile ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! - I have purchased new contract, gave them my PAC code, they moved my old number (in my possession for over 7 years). SIM card still not working! My number does not exist! - They have absolutely no clue what went wrong, they charged me for full month of usage (Direct Debit paid today), but now asked me to RETURN device and cancel the contact because something went wrong! I have asked them if this could be done in store, 6 hours later of me sending email, they BLACKLISTED iPhone! - I have sold my old phone, moved all data to new iPhone, now they black listed iPhone, can connect to internet even through WIFI! - My number lost, TESCO asked me to gave them phone back, I have asked if I can do this in store, they BLACKLISTED device today! - STAY AWAY From those cowboys! Absolute joke, call centres in South Africa and we pay UK prices.... STAY AWAY FROM TESCO MOBILE! I AM PAYING YOU FOR DEVICE YOU COWBOYS!!!! GIVE ME MY MOBILE NUMBER BACK!

Legal Style Blog (@legalstyleblog) reported@tescomobile (To be clear, it is not the fault of the poor customer service agent, who is simply trying to do a job with terrible material. This is the fault of the company.)

KJ (@riverofstardust) reported@JohnStable24816 @tescomobile This fits with my mums recent experience - I can't believe how poor it's been! Currently planning to cancel her contract and get her a decent service

Gladimir (@DrGladimir) reported@tescomobile Now it won't send me a PAC so I can move elsewhere. Awful service.

Rob McPhee (@Rob_McPhee_UK) reported@DaveKendallPho1 @Trebornotrub @tescomobile O2 is the answer to your question. I was with them but changed to Lebara who piggyback onto Vodafone. The signal is so much better. Text messages come through straight away. Sometimes I would have to wait for up to an hour with O2. I also pay about 70% less.
