    @tescomobile @WhichUK it has now been 3 weeks since Tesco mobile have lost my mobile number. How on earth can @WhichUK recommend them?????? Customer Service absolutely rubbish

    @tescomobile Hi there, I moved house recently and at my new address my signal is stuck at the lowest level, I cannot make phone calls or receive them without getting disconnected after a a few seconds. Is there anything that can be done to resolve this? Thank you.

    Come on @tescomobile when is our service in Alston/Nenthead in Cumbria going to be sorted out? No service at all since last Sunday night. No information is forthcoming. It’s really not good enough in such an isolated area.

    @tescomobile Yep it dose show they is a problem and I have been using my wife’s hot spot to get on to internet when around my home town indoors and out doors . Luckily for me she is with EE and has had no issues. Can’t wait to leave this contract

    @tescomobile Thanks for the reply but this has been ongoing since I got the sim only deal in oct I have looked several time they always seems to be a problem

    @davinamcm @tescomobile Surely you can still honor the deal for a long standing customer. People have lots going on trying to budget with the inflation challenges and don't stop to check addresses on everything as most use email now. Also did you guys not check? Come on Tescos do the right thing here
