@MgraNLea @tescomobile Thanks. I'll definitely be doing this. I just spent an hour and 45 mins in store trying to resolve this. Still no resolution. I've got a temp number now and my son is being sent a new SIM. I am absolutely gobsmacked at how awful the service is with Tesco

The number of times @tescomobile I've rung yourself, and staff must somehow accidently push the mute button, because I can't hear them any longer...? And the IVR System is far too long, drawn out and protracted. Is your tech dept open now please, as I cannot login in online?

@tescomobile my disabled partner has been having trouble with her phone for last two weeks due to SIM card saying not registered on network. Phoned 5 times and spent 2 hours in shop. Currently no phone, terrible customer service

Anyone having issues with @tescomobile voicemail? I've been migrated to their new system & now the phone only rings about 10 seconds before going to voicemail. Used to be able to change how many sec's before voicemail but not on new system. Why change system if it's not as good?

@tescomobile thus has to be the worst network I've ever had the misfortune to buy into ! Signal is absolutely 💩
