    I am fcukin furious with @tescomobile I put £10 on mobile 1st March, haven't made a phone call, or text or used internet and credit has evaporated. Noo credit today. No explanation from Tesco/Twitter or cust svs. I will now leave/find another provider and never shop in tesco agai

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤

    @tescomobile 1/2 please can someone help. I’ve had no mobile service since Friday 27th. I was told it was due to a a fault mass in my area. Then was told it could be my sim. I received a new sim and this has still not solved the problem. I’ve did a mobile network reset

    @tescomobile - did you check that everywhere had good 4G capability before you turned off your 3G..?.. Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

    @GitGrumpygit @tescomobile Thank you. I am nearly 70 and a PAYG customer. Am/was with Tesco for 20 years! Can you recommend another provider that won't steal my credit? I'm in Cambridgeshire and the cover is good.

    @tescomobile Just went Apple Store today and picked up a new IPhone 17 pro max, no fuss, no issues, straight forward. Non in stock at Tesco’s in multiple postcodes checked online lol.
