Tesco Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • NCoT_Tech James (ncot.uk) 🫖 (@NCoT_Tech) reported

@tescomobile My 3 bill hasn’t gone up, or if it has it’s not anything I’ve noticed. But never mind that, I think rising energy prices are possibly a bigger problem.

  • Antony086610151 Antony (@Antony086610151) reported

@tescomobile Obviously but still in open rural areas around Shropshire you can’t get signal in 2022.

  • shriekinbandido Beakay (@shriekinbandido) reported

@tescomobile I've had my SIM card for a month and the number still hasn't ported. Tried to cancel my contract as tesco in breach of it. Refused. Currently paying two contracts as a result. Awful customer service. You'll lose my business at renewal time. (3 contracts)

  • PendeenB PendeenBiker 〓〓 (@PendeenB) reported

@tescomobile at what point do I get out of my contract and get a refund on this month due to lack of signal from the faulty mast serving TR19, it's been two weeks so far.

  • gemmax22 Gem (@gemmax22) reported

@alexjk117 @tescomobile Had the same issue. Other providers let you change tariff and still continue with the contract. For this reason, I won’t be coming back to tesco. I’m now stuck paying £50 a month for a plan with an add on that they give other customers for £20 less per month.

  • pmilligan1983 Paul Milligan (@pmilligan1983) reported

@tescomobile Tested it some more. Seems to be my sim. The other sims are now picking up 4G but mine isn’t, no matter which handset it’s in. Yet my handset with other sims has 4G no problem.

  • harryawiles AdamW (@harryawiles) reported

@tescomobile Hi TescoMobile, I'd probably accept rising prices in return for some signal sometimes.

  • StarshapedPaul Paul Campbell (@StarshapedPaul) reported from Kells, Northern Ireland

@tescomobile You aren't a network operator they build the infrastructure you just piggy back.

  • anthonymancs anthonymancs (@anthonymancs) reported

@tescomobile The problem is when you look at comparison sites TESCO mobile is not the cheapest for the consumer and often far more expensive. SMARTY, LEBRARA and dare I mention it ASDA MOBILE are far much cheaper to the pocket than Tesco

  • chezwilko13 Chez☆Wilkinson (@chezwilko13) reported

@tescomobile how come I’m paying £15 for my bill this month but I’m currently without signal where I live and will be until at least the 8th March due to work on the o2 network in my area
