  @rparko1965 @BuzStringer @tescomobile The problem is the increase is effectively in the phone cost and the data-plan. Buying the phone separate gives RPI increases only on the data-plan part

  @tescomobile I've been on Live Chat for 40 minutes to return my phone and cancel my upgrade but all I get is "it'll be 2 minutes", or "sorry for the delay" after providing all account details. Terrible.

  @tescomobile @IamRobKemp I have, the SUBSTANDARD REFURBISHED replacement has had an issue with the key pad from day one, their reply the screen cover is too thick and fobbed my daughter off. Taking it up at my local Tesco mobile store. As stated check out reviews. Don’t take out their insurance.

  @tescomobile @Apple @AppleSupport Thanks but i do all the things listed anyway which is why i know i have a failing battery on my relatively new phone. For a month now my phone is very low on battery after a day at work not using the phone. This was never the case. Wifi, bt etc turned off and screen dim.

  @tescomobile still no call back from management team. What does it take to get Tesco to take a complaint seriously? Clearly not trying to contact them via telephone, FB, IG, Twitter, email or via their CEO Tom Denyard
