  @tescomobile despite my upgrade not being delivered, umpteen phone calls, three webchats and countless requests you’ve still charged me double my rate for a ‘new’ phone I never received. If this ever gets sorted (doubtful) wave goodbye to a long standing customer 👋

  @tescomobile @tescomobile Hello, I have a Tesco locked Motorola G5 phone. I’m currently in Nigeria and I no longer have a Tesco SIM or UK phone number.I tried using the unlock form but it requires a UK number and recent call, which I can’t provide.Pls can you help me unlock my phone manually?

  @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

  @tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯

  I wonder if @tescomobile is ever going to sort out issue we have with a number going from contract to payg .. ?? Nearly a month now .. numerous live chats , phonecalls and even a complaint ... To be told to wait ... And wait ... And wait ?? Waited long enough now

  @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡

  @tescomobile hello 👋 my 4g isn’t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?
