I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help

kelly bowyer (@keljbow) reported@tescomobile I've checked and apparently they're doing work in the area that knocks out signal, but they did that a couple of weeks ago which means I'm paying to be unable to use my phone for about a week and a half out of the month.

swanovic (@swanovic) reported@tescomobile I've just moved to tesco mobile & want to keep my old number. On placing my order I entered my PAC code online. I got an email saying to send a text or make a call from the new sim and that would prompt the number to port within 24hr. It hasn't yet ported. Pls help?

Try working along side the Huawei company and ironing out these issues whilst they showed your weak spots & learning from them
