    @tescomobile sending me out an expired SIM card on my upgrade. Paying for a SIM card and a phone I cannot use. Cannot log into my remote access for work or anything. Only took 4 agents- x1 in store, x1 on the phone and x2 on the online chat to identify that I wasn’t the issue..👍🏻

    @lotttiiee @tescomobile There is an issue with a mast (near Raphaels Park I think). Hoping for a fix by 9pm.

    @tescomobile terrible customer service called and got unlimited upgrade, chased up 7 days later,told no you cant get it. Useless customer advice. Been a customer for 10+ years. Will move all family to virgin at end of contract

    @tescomobile phone ordered for Xmas gift. Not delivered by DPD. Still no phone. And no help at all from @tescomobile. Why can’t you send a new phone and follow up yourselves with DPD?????

    @tescomobile why is the telephone signal so poor in SG19. Barely have 1 bar and never have a clear mobile call ever.
