    @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

    @tescomobile fix your billing page. the defer payment link DOES NOT WORK. This is basic functionality. sort it out or I will stop doing business with you.

    I am fcukin furious with @tescomobile I put £10 on mobile 1st March, haven't made a phone call, or text or used internet and credit has evaporated. Noo credit today. No explanation from Tesco/Twitter or cust svs. I will now leave/find another provider and never shop in tesco agai

    @tescomobile hello 👋 my 4g isn’t working for some reason , I have turned it on and off , turned my phone on and off but still not working , my partner who is also with Tesco his data is ok ? Any ideas please ?

    @tescomobile Day 5 with no phone after you made a mistake porting my wife's number. Your global escalation team has informed your customer service team that my phone will not be restored until 13th May!! Nobody prepared to speak with me about a resolution. Disgraceful. @Ofcom

    @tescomobile tesco mobile ; 13.37 to 15.30 ; HOURS on the phone to tesco mobile and finaly they admit the have top up problems on their non smart phones that they sell to customers in store
