    @tescomobile Probably not one for you as it's mast related but my mother in law has been unable to make or receive calls when at home ever since 3G was turned off. O2 coverage checker indicates a problem with nearby mast, is this ever going to be fixed?

    @tescomobile @1pennysweet My dad’s having the same trouble apparently the phone mast is down and it’s only affecting him as he has an old SIM card but they are refusing to send him a new one

    @tescomobile ... ONCE AGAIN I AM HAVING SERIOUS PROBLEMS TOPPING UP MY MOBILE PHONE WHICH IS ESSENTIAL TO MY LIFE ... I CANT USE YOUR MOBILE APP AS WONT RECOGNISE ME... I TOPPED UP ON THE 9TH WITH EE CARD SERVICES... THEY HAVE TAKEN £19.60 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT YOU TELL ME

    @tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯

    @tescomobile 2 weeks now and still Not ported over! If anyone thinking of moving to Tescomobile and uses online banking, Authenticator apps for work study etc. then please don’t use Tesco. Awful service and so inconvenient!
