@tescomobile had terrible service from Tesco Mobile. Trying to sort my Dads phone who is dying in hospital. doesn’t not know his security question and asked me to sort. No one will help without the security answer or escalate the problem. Now can’t speak to his family.

@iwantcandy82 @tescomobile Sounds like AT&T.... The last 4 places I've lived I have zero service specifically at my house.... Outside and around my house I have perfect signal... But nothing in my house. And wifi calling feature doesn't work cause it says it needs to verify me on the cell network...

@tescomobile No. I joined @tescomobile some time ago and recommended you to many because of the ability to reduce your bill by using clubcard vouchers at twice the value. You have now withdrawn that facility and when I spoke to someone at Tesco Mobile about this they were unhelpful and rude

@tescomobile I keep seeing about 2G being phased out & advising people to check with service provider as to whether they provide 2G coverage & how wide that coverage is. Has Tesco (O2) any plans to phase out 2G in the future? Obviously don't want to buy phone that will soon be obsolete.
