@tescomobile Hi. If I supply account details can you track where my sim is please? It’s nearly been a week since it was requested and I have no phone service!

@tescomobile Signal problems in most of my house nowadays. Have checked the link & says there aren't any issues; but it's hardly going to say there's an issue, cause that'll lead to justified complaints. Will be looking for another provider if doesn't improve.

@tescomobile Thank, we know that now but getting charged for 2 months of non usage is rather cheeky, quite immoral. Your loss at the end of the day as another longterm customer will be lost. Very poor.

Moved from the absolute garbage mobile provider that is @virginmobile to @tescomobile recently; @ 1st the signal was much better, but lately it's been pathetic! Can't any1 provide a decent service these days? They're all happy to take their monthly fee though!

@tescomobile 2/2 ...choices are about paying or upgrading.Cannot speak to a human being. What kind of customer service is that? My only option is to go to a Tesco store and try and find someone to help me.

@tescomobile Allegedly when someone pays off the phone they also have to request for the whole contract to be cancelled. Please tell me why you would charge someone for a service they are not using? Very bad business practice.

@tescomobile Hey! My phone is having trouble with its signal, I have full bars but apparently I need to wait to have signal to text and my calls wont go through?

@tescomobile No thanks I've just been told by your "customer services" cheek if I've dcdt heard one. There is nothing you can do unless I buy out the contract at nearly £150
