    @tescomobile It improves the signal slightly enough to make it usable if I'm honest but not great

    @tescomobile not great can't get cant get your chat to work for more than 2 minutes didn't even use all my data and it's expired happens all the time and the signal doesn't work half the time not a great service

    Placed 3 separate orders for a new mobile from @tescomobile. Each time, my payment failed usng two different cards. Both Nationwide and CapitalOne say it's because Tesco aren't processing transactions in line with industry standards. WTF is going on @tescomobile?

    @tescomobile Joined two weeks ago and almost a week with little or no signal from O2. Will be getting in touch for some sort of refund

    @tescomobile It's a shame you rely so heavily on Apple & Samsung. I currently have a Samsung, contract ends shortly, which has an appalling phone signal, the worst of any phone I've owned & won't have another. I won't have Apple. I'd like to see a good range of Google, Sony and Nokia phones.

    @traceys37401172 @VodafoneUK Seriously @tescomobile have been amazing and the network coverage hs been much better! Much better deals!

    @tescomobile The trouble is those vendors websites which tell you the coverage have always said there is coverage for my postcode and there never has been. So on the basis that the best predictore of future accuracy is past accuracy, I dont trust what it says. Show me Tesco is different!

    @tescomobile HELP! we have a Tesco Mobile PAYG phone where the sim has been β€œlost”. We desperately need to keep the number/phone as it is linked to a number of emergency policies. Can you help? πŸ™πŸ½
