@tescomobile Yes this always happens a lot in this area as send messages to people and they never receive them also. It also because you have same signal here as O2 as well which is unreliable too

@tescomobile Thanks Harry. I went to New York aware of the charges and would have happily paid them had my phone worked. It didn't work for 10 days. 4 calls to your customer service, promises of a call back and no resolution. Other than for me to pay you and then look for another provider.

Appalling services continues from @tescomobile , a week without services, multiple lies and failed deliveries and a paltry £10 is the best we can do for ‘a loyal customer of Tesco Mobile’. I know what will happen next…

@tescomobile having been with Tesco mobile for years I am disgusted with your attitude and service today. My daughter will be stranded on a train tonight with no working phone - she shouldn’t have bothered upgrading. She’s been told to walk around London to find a temp sim 😡

Anyone had a similar experience to me with their @tescomobile phone? I went to New York and spent whole time trying to get a signal so I could find my way around, connect with my kids etc. No service for 10 days. Nothing. I get home to a bill for £172+ for 'roaming'?! For nothing

@tescomobile absolutely appalled by your service, I genuinely don’t understand how if you deal with customers in this way, that you are STILL operating

.@tescomobile customer service is a joke. Trying to sort out fraud and the online chat has such poor English it feels like a phishing attempt, conflicting information and no advice. Won't tell us how fraudulent contracts were raised so can't protect ourselves further. Dangerous.

@tescomobile what an absolutely shocking customer service...3 weeks and my husband can still not use his business phone meaning we are losing money day by day! And you won't let us leave either or give us a timescale...

@tescomobile Is the unlimited data package on contract actually unlimited or do you slow down the data speeds etc after so much usage like some other networks do? I'm on 5G so can't imagine that being slowed down surely?
