My @tescomobile saga continues. Now a week with staff telling me different things will fix my problem. None of them work. Can't use the phone which I need for business use. Looks like I may lose the number I need to port. Tried live chat, called them, nobody has solved the issue

@tescomobile payg can't send texts msg says will send when service available. Even worse received a text and I've been charged for that incoming message. There seems to be a major fault.

@tescomobile your customer services are a disgrace what sort of business doesn’t have an escalated call process and refuses a customer to speak to a supervisor or manager? Ombudsman’s complaint has been opened and I’ll be taking all my contracts elsewhere as soon as they end.

@tescomobile hello I topped up my phone on the app and it came out of my bank yesterday but it never topped up my phone as it doesn’t come up when I click top up history. The payment on my bank says pending since yesterday is there anyway you can claim this payment?

@tescomobile help! i received a sim card from you today which i want to use in my android tablet for internet connection. sim card installed 4G showing. i created an account using the tablets phone number and bought a £10 rocket pack. however i have no cellular internet access
