@Deffstar @tescomobile They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “incsunlocks_” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

@tescomobile It's dn2, 3,4,5,6,8... I have 1 bar of signal, 2 if I'm lucky at best and 4g is constant crap slow if I can actually get 4g

@tescomobile I am absolutely astounding about how bad your network is! And you don't seem to care one tiny bit, customer service response is ahh well its in your terms and conditions that network can be poor ....awhh that makes it alright to ignore any further communication!!!

@tescomobile It's a shame that you can't help new customers with problems that you have caused! Happy to take money for a phone but won't replace when dpd have lost it! Managers are useless and will not talk to me ! Appalling

@tescomobile hi. Is tesco mobile ever going to get WiFi calling. Our signal has recently gone to zero. I know o2 do support it but we can’t activate it.

@SamsungMobile bought FLIP Z3 5G in January via @tescomobile & the LCD screen has already failed! Less than a yr old, still under your 2yr warranty but for some reason the screens are not covered under this?! Almost £200 to fix an issue that should be covered under warranty 🤬🤯

@tescomobile That's not the issue at all. My sim was deactivated by Ritik M by mistake and as such, I and son was without any service for 3 days and I'm transferring to Sky. I've made 10 phone calls trying to sort issues but get told different things by people. Absolutely abysmal
