@tescomobile Tried, webchat unavailable. Don't want to spend more time and money on your customer service line and having to go over the whole scenario again. Why can't someone ring me.

  • iamfrankhon Andrew Fallon (@iamfrankhon) reported

@tescomobile It's at deadlock because of your inefficiency as a company to actually deal with customer enquiries/complaints in a timely manner. I just hope anyone considering joining #tesco mobile see how you treat customers and decide against using your service.

  • BKDilse BK (@BKDilse) reported

@tescomobile Been happening for 2 weeks, on 3 phones all on Tesco Mobile. Works fine on WiFi, doesn't work on Mobile Data, unless I VPN to another network. No point in a screenshot, as it only shows camera connect failed. I'm not an end-user, I'm a IT Consultant, so have carried out tests.

  • acehoodflow Jamey ⭐️⭐️ (@acehoodflow) reported

@tescomobile hi, are you able to change one of my sim only contracts to pay as you go for me or do I need to call customer service? There is a note on my account about it as I called up yesterday.

  • C_E CE! 🕷 (@C_E) reported

@vodafonebiz insurance manager is supposed to be getting back to me today. On the @tescomobile number I bought 2.5 years ago when it took vodafone insurance nearly 6 weeks to replace a phone then. That is a 100% fail rate on their own SLA.

  • Tazamurghi Rashid (@Tazamurghi) reported

@tescomobile The signal is always dropping, constantly on 2 bars most of the time in & around parts of East London, like this for a very long time! Why?

  • Jojomulengwa Jojo (@Jojomulengwa) reported

@tescomobile I am abroad and can’t make calls from my pay as you go sim. Any help

  • Jonatha54092143 Jonathan Cunningham (@Jonatha54092143) reported

@tescomobile Got my final bill this morning, it states that the refund is due on the 4th of January. This is longer than the 3-5 working days stated by yourselves. I know Christmas is in between but that still doesn't work out.

  • gomark Mark! (The Herald Angels Sing) (@gomark) reported

@tescomobile Hiya. O2 working on a mast near me - zero signal for 9 days & it's just been extended by nearly another week, with no exaplanation or warning. Can't log in anywhere as I use 2FA. Getting quite urgent, can't be completely cut off this long. Who do I speak to, and how?

  • SWstudent78 mel (@SWstudent78) reported

@tescomobile 2 months of no signal now.... the team still haven't called me... still paying a small fortune for 5 contracts we can't use at home... have @O2 got "permission" to fix the imaginary down mast yet?
