    @tescomobile fix your billing page. the defer payment link DOES NOT WORK. This is basic functionality. sort it out or I will stop doing business with you.

    @tescomobile When are you going to give your customers Visual Voicemail (if ever)? You use O2’s network and they provide this service, so why don’t you?

    I’ve had my mob number for over 13 years. @bt_uk confirmed with bills, PAC code. Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was “inactive,” ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.
