@tescomobile hi, is there issues with the network at the moment? I've found it hard to access mobile data over the last 2 weeks and often dropping to 1 bar of signal

@tescomobile Hi Sean. I’ve had a quick look, I don’t know that this authority can help me. Basically I have been billed since February £4.50 twice monthly by a premium number that I have had no contact with. I have never texted them and they don’t text me. It’s a scam

@tescomobile you need to sort stock availability interface with website out. Not for the 1st time in last few weeks I've just wasted an hour watching my basket freezing during upgrade. And it's because you don't have the phone in stock despite what your site shows. Pants service.

@tescomobile I was following Rob’s suggestion to ‘try a manual network selection’ - on my phone ‘manual network selection’ just lists a bunch of other providers. I don’t see a 2G/3G option. (It’s a reasonably new device if that matters.) Options under ‘voice & data’ are 5G on, 5G auto, or 4G.

@tescomobile I didn’t subscribe. That’s the point. How do they have my details. Why are TESCO billing me? It’s an Android. I don’t have a SPAM text folder. Yes, I’ve spoken to customer service, but they were of no use to find out how this happened and how I can get my money back.

@tescomobile Hi I'm a Tesco Mobile customer. I have received a text saying as a loyal customer I have received a £5 e voucher. Can you tell me if this is legit. I called customer service but the guy wasn't very professional and was vague. Worried its a scam
