Rang @O2 to enquirer about upgrade options only to be me by an incredibly rude customer service agent who had absolutely no interest in helping or talking to me when I asked if they could get close to a @tescomobile deal. Looks like it’s time to leave after 10 years of loyalty

@tescomobile I’m astonished to hear this. Maybe because you can’t get people up and running to test the network/service?!? Wasted hours trying to get our accounts. Gave up and now happy with Giffgaff.

@zzpstagrt1197 @tescomobile Yeah mate it’s been 4 months & still being charged normal price they are a joke doesn’t matter in out of it end of this month & have already taken out a contract with EE I get full 4g & full signal in my workplace & house both places I couldnt receive a simple phone signal before

@tescomobile Yeah put my postcode in and for the 10 time het the same currently busy in your area and speeds will be greatly reduced try using hot spots. So now I have to plan my day around where I can het signal not really mobile then what a great company lol do they reduce the cost NOPE
