👎WARNING: Don’t sign a new @tescomobile contract if ur thinking about getting an @apple iWatch, they’re the only network provider that doesn’t support it & wont let you cancel the contract. They forget to mention it when they read out the smallprint 🙄O2 do, but @Tesco don’t

@tescomobile How about your customer services stop repeatedly hanging up on customers, in regard to your faulty app ripping off customers, when attempting to buy data bundles, being refused but then being charged for them anyway. Treating customers as the enemy is not a good idea!

@tescomobile since 25/10 I’ve been requesting a number transfer. Since then you’ve deactivated my sim so I can’t make calls and then number transfer hasn’t worked. I’ve had to contact your support about 12 times and make a complaint, and nothings being fixed

@tescomobile disappointed in your service over the last few weeks, sent phones that I'd cancelled and been charged £300 without warning for a phone that had been sent back 2 months ago...poor stuff

@tescomobile I have not had a signal for 3 days now. I’ve been told that there is maintenance work being done on a local mast, but even when I move 30 mins away from home then I still don’t have a signal. What is happening??
