@tescomobile You're so funny Jade. We know the details but I like others didn't get the alert on time or not at all. I suggest you check your system. 8 mins late is a long time in an emergency

@tescomobile Now she has no data for 3 weeks. She is a vulnerable customer and she can’t do banking, talk to her family who all just use WhatsApp, can’t drive anywhere without her satnav. The joke is she should be getting 5gb and no contract for that amount of money

@tescomobile @Coley61 It looks to me like the emergency alerts are enabled in settings by default! So that isn't the explanation.

@tescomobile Some feedback as I many didn't receive notification or was late. My "emergency alarm" came in one minute early & I'm based in Co Durham. Other than 1 min early no problem & the sound /vibration was loud enough, even with my moderate hearing loss

Hey @tescomobile, did the emergency alert work on your network - all 3 of us on Tesco mob, different phones, some old some new, none of us got an alert.

@finlay_mclellan @tescomobile Yes it was 8 mins late, but the EE network was on time. Fair amount of people on here complaining to Tesco who have stock response that the mobile may not be compatible or emergency notice not enabled. Utter rubbish. Think their network needs sorting

@suzanne2608 @ThreeUK @tescomobile I ran a poll on Facebook and although none of my friends on Three received the alert, I have friends on other networks who also didn't receive it, even if people on the same network in the same area did. Theres no obvious pattern as to who did and didn't get it.
