I was told I would be refunded £11.50 for my monthly sim but never received it.. why are you billing me now? I have been told by others you are wiping this off their bill, please clear mine

Victoria Hunt (@tori_tweets) reported@jellymalin It was reading a very similar story to this that made me switch after 25 years(!) from @VodafoneUK to @tescomobile. I now pay £11 a month. When I called Vodafone to terminate my contract they didn’t ask why. So sorry for your loss.

Alan Flanagan (@flanaga) reported@tescomobile I’ve tried over and over again to sort a porting issue. It’s been transferred to your Concerns Team. They don’t take calls. That’s mad! A mobile phone company that has a department that doesn’t answer calls!

Marianne Carey (Leckenby) (@mariaaaannerose) reported@tescomobile old ee number was supposed to have transfered to new tesco mobile phone by 6 yesterday (23rd). 24hrs later, still not happened, phone no longer connected. I use the EE number for work so pretty urgent that it gets sorted. Not the best start for a new customer.
