    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile No chance of any message - it’s a holiday today. Very simple bank error has locked payments. Your instore staff refused payment. The law does not preclude me offering cash payments. Your systems stopped me. Your problem but I’m not happy. Taking legal advice. Enjoy the BH.

    @Djq1971 @tescomobile I'm with them 10plus years at 15e a month and the customer service has always been excellent 4 phones in the family with them

    @tescomobile hello, I've come back from staying with family to find there's no phone signal where I live and I've not had signal since Saturday which is a massive issue as I'm disabled and am currently unable to contact medical teams etc to sort things out.
