  @tescomobile Why is the network coverage in my home town so utterly diabolical since you (O2) 'upgraded' the local cells to 5G?? Went from superb coverage (on 3/4G) to abysmal within weeks of the change. Now get a meagre -124dB signal from a 5G cell less than 0.3miles away! 🤯

  FFS @tescomobile lovely day no rain no cloud no snow no hail nothing and can hardly get online again seriously how can you make claims like provided by 02 with 99% coverage when it doesn't work in the middle of a town

  @tescomobile "Dear @Tesco, I bought a mobile on installment in Nov but it wasn't delivered due to an issue. Despite multiple calls, my refund wasn't processed & £1236 was deducted from my account, damaging my credit score. You refunded via X after I complained,

  @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!   @tescomobile despite my upgrade not being delivered, umpteen phone calls, three webchats and countless requests you’ve still charged me double my rate for a ‘new’ phone I never received. If this ever gets sorted (doubtful) wave goodbye to a long standing customer 👋

  @tescomobile how can I find out if my sim has failed? Second day of no mobile signal/data. I’ve tried repeated turn off and on again with no luck. My kids are on same network and have signal so I know it’s not an area issue
