montyniblet (@montyniblet) reported@tescomobile re account 808724.I am extremely disappointed in Tescomobile response to the local mast outage which keeps happening for long periods preventing my household working from home. The recent outage started 24th April and persists to this day, so 4 days so far. The last outage from 28th March (maybe earlier) to 2nd April was also unacceptable. In fairness the last outage was refunded (a month) but the reaction from Tesco this time has been limp. Firstly Tesco should exert ultimate pressure on O2 to permanently fix this mast, in the 21st century having 4 day+ outages is not admissible. Secondly the agent reply to me to ‘let Tesco know’ when service is resumed is risible. Tesco should be all over this at least refunding my month payment if not more. I have another contract with Giff Gaff who use O2 and on hearing the service was down immediately refunded me….this is customer service and excellent customer recovery. Everytime I need the internet or need to phone I have to get in my car and drive 2 miles to keep contact with the outside world (we have no landline).Of course I can’t receive calls as well. This is expensive and extremely inconvenient as well as restricting my income.. I would like to hear Tesco response to this ongoing issue and I think you will agree this is not acceptable. I am out of contract…..convince me I should remain with Tescomobile.

Theresa Bevan (@1pennysweet) reported@tescomobile how can I find out if my sim has failed? Second day of no mobile signal/data. I’ve tried repeated turn off and on again with no luck. My kids are on same network and have signal so I know it’s not an area issue

Jim (@Jimdoggy86) reported@tescomobile Awful signal as usual. Area coverage never been updated. Cant wait to change networks

Bully in the alley 🍻 (@WeeLeeMcD) reported@tescomobile AGAIN! About the time of update, there is another problem with my phone. Last update I couldn't charge my phone whilst turned on, this update my headphones won't work on most videos except adverts. WHY?

Richard (@Richardlewis31) reported@tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!

Kiri Palmer (@kiripalmer_97) reported@tescomobile Now after all of that time, I spoke to someone for 2 mins and they are now transferring me back to customer support - do you have an email?

Scott Dixon (@scott_expert) reported@iona11011 @tescomobile Their problem, not yours. Your contract is with the retailer, not the courier. Under S29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at the traders risk until they come into your possession.

James Baker (@_JamesBaker92) reported@tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.
-
Seamás 🇨🇰🇮🇱 (@ExegeekPrime) reported@tescomobile why is there no signal at bt7?

Saz The Crumb (@PikaSaz) reported@tescomobile We tried calling 4488 but it kept redirecting to an automated message about using the app and then ending the call. So im not really sure how I was meant to help him
