    @tescomobile Both Iv just looked on the checker it says it’s fine but it ain’t as Tesco’s runs on o2 and o2 is down massivly surely Tesco’s would know this information right ? any idea how long this will be cause it’s been 2 days now

    @klambechops @tescomobile I've had issues too. My account looks to have been hacked by somebody else. I now cant access my account. Trying to explain it to Tesco mobile is useless. I want to have another contract. I'm about to change to Virgin. I've had enough.

    @tescomobile #asurian are the worst insurance company in the world. google the reviews. They are scammers. Why are #tesco in business with them?

    @tescomobile Not sure I agree just had terrible problems trying get my elderly mother set up with a mobile- no end of issues I gave up

    @tescomobile It's a bit late for that! I'm not frustrated, I'm furious! And that takes some doing for me ! Train your staff better, or in this case , the poor bugger was on his own with a big queue!

    @tescomobile I spent an hour talking with them. Still no closer to getting a replacement phone. have read the reviews on line and every one has the same problems. Why are tesco involved with them?
