  • EilishJordan Eilish Jordan (@EilishJordan) reported

@tescomobile just lost 40minutes if my time that I will never get back on the phone to an agent discussing the fact that a smart watch which was part of a promotion I signed up to with a new phone has not arrived. At one point it was suggested I should call India....worst service

  • _MelanieMartin Melanie M. 🇪🇺🇩🇪 (@_MelanieMartin) reported

So I wanted to get a phone from in October and cancelled it because of their appalling customer service, now they want to charge me £1200 for a phone I never received. Despairing, not sure what to do, no one sorts out anything @tescomobile. Crying, they just want to fob me off

  • 1971JimboJ1 Jimbo James. (@1971JimboJ1) reported

@_MelanieMartin @tescomobile Never had problem with tesco mobile. Great service. Must be you. Stop blaming tescos for your mistakes

@MarcusManley8 @tescomobile 3 .... If Tesco mobiles' licence to RUN a mobile network was dependant on their CAPABILITY to run such a business, they'd be forced to close it down, so I guess that Tesco mobile being able to continue despite that they haven't got a clue how to do it, it keeps other networks..

  • RonaldJ61016789 Quintessential Englishman (@RonaldJ61016789) reported

@MarcusManley8 @tescomobile 2 .... a mobile-network. But more importantly, do you think they care? The personel who man the helplines simply haven't got a clue. Totally-brain-dead - reading from instruction books. It baffles me how they get-away with it!

  • raisedbycookies the doctor from miss polly had a dolly (@raisedbycookies) reported

@tescomobile hi please can you help me? A while ago my Tesco SIM card just completely stopped working

  • LightingAnthony Baldy Anthony (@LightingAnthony) reported

Interesting strategy @tescomobile I'll give you that: charge £1200 for a phone order that was cancelled and then try to transfer to the Samaritans when we get upset. Apparently the "resolution team" will be in touch within 24 hours but I bet they won't

  • AnAndrewBrown Andrew Brown (@AnAndrewBrown) reported

@_MelanieMartin @MarcDavenant @tescomobile Tweet about your poor service directly on their account, repeatedly and screenshot the discussions - they won’t like the bad publicity. Especially the big boss! Good luck & hope you get a resolution 👍

  • Jonatha54092143 Jonathan Cunningham (@Jonatha54092143) reported

@tescomobile Got my final bill this morning, it states that the refund is due on the 4th of January. This is longer than the 3-5 working days stated by yourselves. I know Christmas is in between but that still doesn't work out.

  • SirTee1 Tee O'Neill (@SirTee1) reported

@KevinHidd84 @tescomobile I've got the same issue with 4g.. brutal.
