@tescomobile I reported a fault on Monday with a ridiculously poor signal. One bar outside, no service intermittently inside. Happening for a few weeks now. No update on that complaint and there are other users in the local area on Facebook who have complained. This needs fixing!

And a second chat with @tescomobile customer service and he was unable to fix this too. So I guess I'm literally unable to upgrade my phone with you now. Nevermind, @virginmedia has a great deal on the phone in looking for.

@tescomobile I want to cancel my contract, I owe around £160. Can I do this over the phone and request my phone to be unlocked and number transferred? Thanks
