    @tescomobile In common with others having this issue, I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled more than once. It works fine on my phone. Not sure there’s a reason to DM as it’s clearly a widespread glitch not specific to me. All I want to know is that you’re dealing with it.

    @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

    @tescomobile Well the above statement was incorrect.. 11 days later still no phone call back.. disgusting service. AVOID TESCO MOBILE at all costs!!!

    @tescomobile issues with my transfer to TM, did an online chat and was offered 1000 Clubcard points as compensation for the delay. When will they be added to my account? Thanks Webdy

    @tescomobile I have paid for two Sim cards which were sent to the wrong address. The third one also has not turned up either. I hope you can help this time. Also I have paid you 20 pounds for the first 2 Sim cards.

    @tescomobile Had shocking service in Folkestone store from Humza whilst attempting to upgrade my phone contract after being a loyal Tesco mobile customer for over 5 years. He did not care about my problems and simply wanted to push responsibility to the online team
