  @tescomobile I have been trying to arrange for a new iphone 17 to be exchanged using your customer services in South Africa. The service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been cut off twice by them just because my questions have gone off script. Please can somebody contact me asap

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

  @tescomobile tried twice to order a phone. Each time the order has not processed, taken payment and refunded it, despite doing & passing a hard credit check. Tried to call today and have been cut off twice. Not the best example of customer service. Calls not picked up in store.

  @tescomobile I’ve been left completely without service since late May after trying to port my business number (07483354922) from Lebara. Lebara confirmed the number is with you, but my Tesco SIM won't activate. Your customer service has been zero help and keeps cutting me off. I am losing clients and money every single day because of this mismanagement. Please get an advanced tech team to look at this deadlock and DM me immediately to resolve this. #CustomerService #TescoMobile
