    @tescomobile hello, just spoken to customer services as to why a PAC code submitted last Thursday hadn't been actioned. I'm told that codes sent to 65075 aren't actioned because of an issue with your system. Is this true?

    @tescomobile And I can't log in to cancel because the order is linked to the phone number on the account I specifically didn't create (hence the time I spent with your customer service).

    @tescomobile your call centre is shockingly bad! I havenโ€™t lost my temper at a stranger since I was stupid and immature in my 20โ€™s but wow your staff are ignorant and rude!

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth Have tried numerous times to put in complaint - not one has been raised or opened. Just ignored ! So no logging of complaints. Also requested SAR over 30 days ago and again no response to 2 requests

    Sorry @tescomobile you have just lost my business. 36hrs to resolve an problem. Still unresolved. You have made many issues that other companies have. Transferring your call centres abroad. Is one. Changing all your telephone access numbers is 2 . I'm not a big customer.

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile The other side of the coin Steven is someone got my PAC number ,they managed to empty my bank accounts,used my Kraken account to convert the money into dollars ,fair play to Lloyds because I reported it immediately I was reimbursed 100% of my money. Identify theft is a problem.

    @tescomobile I call customer care (oxymoron no care at all) provide my details on menu-I am connected-the noise in the background is horrendous the line cracks up-Iโ€™m barely able to understand them-there are no UK call centres-after over 10 years we are likely to part company
