    @MarcusManley8 @tescomobile 2 .... a mobile-network. But more importantly, do you think they care? The personel who man the helplines simply haven't got a clue. Totally-brain-dead - reading from instruction books. It baffles me how they get-away with it!

    @tescomobile topping up with your company is useless every time I try to top up all I get is an error has occurred and I have been trying to for 3 days now.i have just a large grocery order and have moved to vodaphone I will never trust tesco again

    I think I've actually found it! The world's worst customer service, and the world's worst website! Take a bow @tescomobile I've been trying to spend more money with you for 3 hours now, with no success.

    @tescomobile The watch which was part of the promotion was actually a Xiaomi smart band not a Samsung and why would I as the customer need to go chasing this as I paid Tesco to supply it surely it would be Tesco who would need to follow up with their supplier

    Back in October when I tried to order it, I had to call every day for a week @tescomobile and was continuously ensured that everything was ok. And now you sent me a bill for a phone I never received?

    So I wanted to get a phone from in October and cancelled it because of their appalling customer service, now they want to charge me £1200 for a phone I never received. Despairing, not sure what to do, no one sorts out anything @tescomobile. Crying, they just want to fob me off

    @_MelanieMartin @tescomobile Naaaa that's bull ****. Trying to pull a fast one. Of you are in the right and never sig Ed out or paid for it which again you would pay up front. Then just ignore. Till they send u a court summons and then they will be ******. Maybe call ombudsman
