@PrintNameHere @Olbiastravain @tescomobile I phoned up and was told that DPD are having some issues with Tesco atm. Tuesday, they didn’t have any stock of iPhones. Wednesday was related to DPD not being ready and yesterday, I was shocked and appalled to find there was still an issue.

@tescomobile You have conned me into staying another year, assuring me your coverage was 2nd to none. This whole summer Tescomobile has been a nightmare. Appalling reception in Devon, I of Wight, not to mention Finchley. Yet friends with EE and Vodafone had no such problems.

@tescomobile It’s funny you say that. I had to rely on Vodafone and EE customers to help me out in an urgent situation. This tells me everything I need to know about which isn’t the network to be with.

@tescomobile So it’s not a one off. I work in this location and it’s been terrible for months now. I need to know how long the downtime will be really.

@PrintNameHere @tescomobile 15+ years, worse customer service I have very received from any company in a long time. Just looking at other providers now and take my business elsewhere. Did they say anything to you about why they cancelled it?

@tescomobile Come on pal, the screenshot doesn’t refer to an issue or outage. This is utter garbage customer service. Customers deserve better
