@tescomobile I have 3 mobiles with you and all are suffering slow internet speeds in the last week. Usually quite fast, but has really slowed down, sometimes pages not loading. Are there any ongoing issues????

  • Macrike Macrike (@Macrike) reported

@tescomobile I’ve been with @ThreeUK for almost two decades and never had the price of my contract change mid-contract. I had no idea companies did this.

  • funktifeyeno Derek Smith (@funktifeyeno) reported

@tescomobile No specific issues in my area. I’ll just keep using wood as much as possible. I also wanted to ask about using the Tesco network and my Apple Watch, are these compatible yet for cellular use?

  • TeaforKarin Karin & Stanley ☕🍰😷♒ (@TeaforKarin) reported

Can anyone help, my apps on my phone keep stopping since an update since Monday 22nd March @tescomobile or #tech help? I've uninstalled the apps re installed them and its not working, phone is less than a year old!

  • letholdus666 Letholdus 💙 (@letholdus666) reported

@mandinov @tescomobile @ThreeUK Yep they did improvement work for a week in my postcode. Ever since its been worse. No 4G constantly dropping out. Call constantly dropping mid call. Can't even video call the connection is so unstable. Same crap from customer service. "we have checked and its working fine"

  • sconnorswrites Seán Connors (@sconnorswrites) reported

@tescomobile It doesn't help seeing silly ads apologising for other companies when there are better deals out there.

  • ToGreeks Greek to the Greeks (@ToGreeks) reported

@tescomobile Tesco Mobile would be a lot more attractive if it allowed Wifi Calling. For those in poor signal areas it's a key factor in which mobile provider to select.

  • quintonblues VINNI3 (@quintonblues) reported

@tescomobile Thanks for your advice regarding contacting customer service. Unfortunately you’re advisors didn’t have a clue what I was on about and just said we don’t provide it. Working from home as a business customer is an issue if there are signal problems. 1of 2

@tescomobile So, I am confused! I didn't know Tesco Mobile was its own network! Are you really your own network? You are not Telefonica, Vodafone, Three or EE/BT? Where are your mobile phone masts?

  • cameronlothian2 Cameron Lothian #BLM (@cameronlothian2) reported

@GalvaniseEdu @tescomobile @richwould They literally read it to every customer who takes out a contract in store
