    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @tescomobile 1hour 5 minutes still being told to call back. I just want to lower the tariff for the remainder of the contract to something I can better afford. It's such a disgusting way to treat vulnerable people.

    @GitGrumpygit @tescomobile Thank you. I am nearly 70 and a PAYG customer. Am/was with Tesco for 20 years! Can you recommend another provider that won't steal my credit? I'm in Cambridgeshire and the cover is good.

    @jingsy @tescomobile I’m also having the same problem been fobbed off twice over the phone and instore saying nothing they can do. Only been waiting since last Tuesday

    new phone arrived and with a state of the art free ipad. not a bad week after all, @tescomobile your custom has been nothing but very brilliant!
