@tescomobile have been nothing short of a shitshow!! I’m so angry with the customer service i’ve received with an issue thats taken over 4 months and now, after DELETING MY NUMBER, they’re refusing to call me!! It’s made me want to move away from @Tesco completely! 😡😡😡😡

1/2 Sim failed on Tuesday. 6 web chats, 2 store visits, 6 phone calls to customer care. 2 new SIM cards and still no service. Unable to operate my business properly, 50% of my family have serious medical conditions & I can’t be contacted if something goes wrong. @tescomobile

@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

Three days without phone signal and still paying for a full service 🙄 Full service might not even be resumed until 10pm on April 5th!! Seems completely unfair to be paying for a service I simply cannot use for what could be a total of 10days! @tescomobile
