@tescomobile This morning I phoned Tesco Mobile while in John Lewis to confirm that the Apple Watch I wanted to buy was supported by Tesco mobile. The lady said yes and that it would not cost me any extra on my tariff. The lady lied, Tesco Mobile does not support the Apple Watch.

@tescomobile so am i able to just simply cancel the contract through you?

  • justsalrambling justsal (@justsalrambling) reported

Just had to ring Tesco Mobile . Thought I may have had to rant and complain but all sorted in 3 minutes , great service Thank you @tescomobile

  • beatrix_plotter Siobhan Lawper (@beatrix_plotter) reported

@tescomobile @BiLionLeon Guys, stop making this hard. If the passport office can accept a deed poll, you can. Also, you're now making Leon's life harder during pride month, which is a BAD look for you.

@PucatuB @tescomobile Thank you! He’s had problem after problem with them, they won’t let him out of his contract unfortunately but once this one is over it’s safe to say he will be jumping ship to a new phone company. I’m just glad I’m not with them!

  • sambakey Sam Clark (@sambakey) reported

@tescomobile Thanks Rob, it doesn't forward to her voicemail so I think there's an issue with her account. I'm not able to phone obviously and she's a pensioner & has already tried getting this fixed by calling Tesco. I'll have to ask her to do this again

  • felflowne Claire Copping (Felflowne) (@felflowne) reported

@BiLionLeon @tescomobile Sounds like they need to ACTUALLY look at their rules because they are not fit for purpose. I feel bad for the sales associates who have to try and "enforce" Tesco's poorly thought out, damaging policy.

@tescomobile You don't run your own network though -who do you piggy back onto - Vodafone, EE, BT?

  • stitwit John Stitch (@stitwit) reported

@Scarfie1 @tescomobile @Tesco No solution. The point is, the tearable paper seal means you leave bag intact and keep your bread fresh. Simple, but not simple enough for idiots at Tesco.

  • BiLionLeon Leon Lavender (@BiLionLeon) reported

So in my recent email complaint I mentioned that I've been able to get a new passport using the deedpoll @tescomobile rejected, but they totally ignored that, so I've repeated my question. I'm interested to see if they give an actual answer or continue to dance around it.
