@tescomobile work phone stolen, don’t know the number, won’t let me log in because it sends one off code to stolen phone 😤😤 tried calling helpline earlier, person needed mobile number. Need to cancel the phone ASAP. Please come up with a way without mobile number.

@tescomobile I would love to unleash power but right now can’t even upgrade 2 of the 4 sim contracts I have! Mobile app won’t add them, nor will your website. Have tried to call. They were getting it all wrong! Been with Tesco Mob 10yrs+ 1st time so much angst. Help!

@tescomobile so I’ve not used an email attached to my account for years. It’s the first time I have ever tried to log in. Why can’t you text a reset password and email also ? I really can’t be arsed to explain my life choices over an email to customer services !

Are you experiencing issues in Norwich @tescomobile ? Been trying to contact partner for over an hour. Texts - no reply. WhatsApp messages not delivered- 1 tick only. Phone goes straight to voicemail.
