@tescomobile Ill point out im SIA trained and im thinking your "NEW" security is not registered or has a licence to operate as security. Might be security on the cheap but ILLEGAL. Id not shopped at Tesco for three months over my complaint.

@tescomobile Are there any issues with the network at present? Getting ‘emergency calls only’ for most of the day. Done all the usual checks but not getting any signal at all.

  • HoppingOnEmpty L (@HoppingOnEmpty) reported

@tescomobile queueing for an hour and a quarter so far and still not served as only one member of staff in a busy store. He's great but please support him and your customers.

  • Trolleybirds Caro Glasgow (@Trolleybirds) reported

@tescomobile Hi Maria, it was ”processed” on 8/9, spoke to another customer services rep on 13/9 who said it can take 3-5 working days!!! So disappointed to say the least 😣

  • Will_V WV (@Will_V) reported

@tescomobile why on earth is 31st of March not a valid date? Your developers seem to think so because selecting it as a birthday gets an error when trying to buy a phone... do they realise that some months have 31 days in them? lowest marks for ux/usability, many more issues...

  • devil482 devil 482 (@devil482) reported

@tescomobile I know it's not your fault, but, this is down to a lack of staff and not because of increased calls. If you sell phones/sims obviously customer numbers will increase...

  • TIMO317 TIMO-3 (@TIMO317) reported

@tescomobile hi, what does ‘message not sent: Service not activated on network’ mean? It was ok til I topped up my phone:-(
