@tescomobile I filled out the main Tescos Customer Services form on the website. I phoned Tesco Mobile from the email I was sent and went down to Tesco Monkspath on 3 dates - this has been ongoing since at least 17th October 2021 saying I owe over£600 for a phone that I had returned.

@tescomobile The settings have suddenly gone missing when my old sim (previous network) comes out and the tesco mobile sim goes in, also had Google messages report it's not supported by the network

@tescomobile I'm in Oxford and there's a deadzone on Banbury road right around Keble college and the surrounding area for at least half a mile. Theres no internet around that area. My friends on other networks don't have an issue. I don't know where else to report this! Help!

@tescomobile I am near a mini tesco store aswell so maybe a mast or booster could be put on there roof? It would close the lack of signal strength gap in the area

@tescomobile Please understand that this is a very serious problem for me - my husband is seriously ill in hospital. And the mobile phone is the only means of contacting him (when his is working). With mine out, we're stuffed.

@tescomobile Before I start to mess around with the Sim card, or believe that my perfectly working phone is faulty, you need to be very very sure that there is no problem with Tesco mobile coverage.
