@TSB Yup got hit with this too! Luckily it was only £20 from the 2nd March. Hopefully they fix soon for those severely affected!

@TSB I have been left with £3 in my account and my seriously ill dog is due to be put down in a few hours. My dog will now have to suffer for longer because I now can't afford to take her to vet. disgusting banks. give my £145 back now.

@ShairaHaque1 @TSB To be fair, they did add in on their website, there's an automated message after selecting personal account via the phone, and there's a notification on the app as well.

@TSB Do you have any further update on the duplicate payment issue, communication on this issue really has been disgraceful, when are monies to be refunded to my account? The response from @TSB is not good enough 😡

@MoneySavingExp @TSB They have known about this issue all morning and still haven't refunded the money and are just sending out the same apology message to everyone with no update about when we will get our money back... I am personally down £1505 !!!! 😡🤬
