    @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB so fed up with TSB already, new customer and can't even get onto online banking and TSB make it more difficult than any bank I've ever used! I'm not jumping through your hoops anymore! #poorcustomerservice

    @TSB yet again the app does not work, saying ive either no Web connection or if it very slowly connects, sorry we werent able to do that appears. Awful been nearly 2 hours now.

    @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday

    @TSB I wouldn't prefer to DM you as it seems to me that @TSB want to hide problems away behind DMs, when existing and prospective customers should know the truth about poor customer service. Use a feature from a large email provider that they thmselves recommend to protect urself 1/2

    @TSB Yes I'm now able to login but frankly Im done with this ****, every week this bug reappears and now I'm just going to nationwide, **** your bank and your shite services, it makes sense that the worst bank to man is now buying out your bank.
