@TSB Very disappointed with the service from TSB, just spent an 30mins on hold to speak to someone re blocked card, transferred to diff dept so another 30mins on hold. Then told need to transfer me to someone else, then got automated voice telling me dept closed. Hour wasted!

@TSB my god, what have I done in moving my business account to TSB, such awful service. Another 1hr40m spent on the phone today only to be transferred to a different dept that then tells me they are closed until Monday. Avoid TSB at all costs!

@TSB Hi. Over the last few weeks your online banking has become less useable (regular 'technical issues', things not displayed) and now I need to login to make a transfer but cannot, again due to 'technical issues'. Do you know if/when you'll have a normal service again please?

@TSB Hi – all sorted now after a phone call. It appears the site your end wasn’t registering that the memorable word had been changed in the reset, so the operator had to clear all the security details to start fresh. Worth looking into as it was pretty frustrating!

@TSB have trained their staff in how to patronise customers. It wouldn't have been so bad if she had the smug customer service smile off her face. My poor husband now has to find time in his hectic schedule to go and pay in because I can no longer do it for him.
