@TSB I have also had issues with using my debit card. I tried to spend £10 at a post office and it was blocked. I have replied to the text multiple times and had no reply. Now I can't use my card. I can't deal with the phone due to disability.

in addition @TSB and @financialombuds despite assurances that customers can call their branch of @TSB, there is only a recorded message directing customers to the website if you do. The website cannot respond to any questions about my PIN and if I call the credit card help number

@sarahmccarten @PostOffice @TSB You’ll need to contact TSB on this number and this number only - 0345 975 8758. The branch won’t still have it and your TSB branch won’t be able to help, but that is the number for their Post Office liaison. Hope it turns up for you soon!

@TSB IF I paid in a cheque to the post office yesterday. When will it appear in my account. Your website says today, but it is not there. I know the funds shouldn't be cleared until 23:59 tomorrow, but I thought I would be able to see it.

@TSB Yes, I've managed to sort it out in branch. The issue is your colleague told me on phone that you can search for the direct debit indemnity form online, using the search tool. However, it's might be available online but doesn't come up in the search tool!
