    @TSB Hi. Over the last few weeks your online banking has become less useable (regular 'technical issues', things not displayed) and now I need to login to make a transfer but cannot, again due to 'technical issues'. Do you know if/when you'll have a normal service again please?

    @TSB Tsb are the worst bank ever, Customer service is awful, been back and 2 for 5 mnths trying to correct my bank account after they messed my switch and save up and still they have done nothing whatsoever to sor this..I refuse to pay charges anymore.

    @TSB my god, what have I done in moving my business account to TSB, such awful service. Another 1hr40m spent on the phone today only to be transferred to a different dept that then tells me they are closed until Monday. Avoid TSB at all costs!

    @TSB Cwmbran Branch. Outdoor atm cash deposit not working for over a week, reported 3 times, staff unaware & stated, sorting it. Today in & out atm cash deposits unavailable cashiers shutters down. TSB takes overdraft charges despite no deposit. Encourages indoor banking, covid

    @TSB Very disappointed with the service from TSB, just spent an 30mins on hold to speak to someone re blocked card, transferred to diff dept so another 30mins on hold. Then told need to transfer me to someone else, then got automated voice telling me dept closed. Hour wasted!

    So it seems if you are with @TSB or @LloydsBank they will help you out if someone fraudulently scams you, but NOOOO, not @StarlingBank. They couldn't seem to care less. Noted, I shall not be using them anymore!

    @TSB is there an issue with setting up international payments online. I was told that the problems were being fixed. Very embarrassing as we are trying to pay a supplier! I think we may have to move to Starling bank!
