@TSB The only option available is a landline telephone number and when they click send. No code is sent to the landline. So I was trying to update their mobile number on the account. After clearing cookies TSB website sent a code to mobile so TSB ovbiously has mobile number

@TSB If it was the first time I would accept your apology, but I’m fed up with these empty pointless apologies. It means absolutely nothing when in a few days the app will be down again. As it is your app is miles behind all the other banks. Clearly you dont care as it keeps happening

@TSB on service failure is another reason to keep using cash. A concerted hack from a foreign power could render it impossible to buy even the basics.

@tsb Great examples today of why I want to switch to Starling. Phone branch-no agents available; online chat-what I want doesn't fit the menu available; Customer Services-again, the problem doesn't fit the menu of automated responses.

@TSB I have done. But I'm told there are no agents available until 9am on Monday!! This is ridiculous. After an event such as this there should be people available to deal with customer complaints!

@TSB Thanks. Your page about creating a joint current account doesn't currently mention this. Wakefield is not an available branch on the form you have sent - is this an error?

@TSB How about compensating customers instead of paying big bonuses. Could also invest in the social@media team so they have more than just one standard **** reply
-
Jamie Milne
(@JamieMMilne) reported
@TSB Okay tried that, and update details page still isn't working. The actual main issue is that my parents are trying to pay a bill on British Gas and when they click pay, it takes them to the TSB transaction security prompt where it wants to send a code
-
Pegs
(@Miss_Peg) reported
Found my old card, figured out the issue. My old card expires in 2024 but @TSB sent me a new version of the card (it’s changed a lot) so I have 2 valid cards for 1 account but only 1 of them shows on my online banking 🙃

You wouldn't believe how long I've been on the phone to @Apple support these last few days. At least three hours and counting - still on hold now. All because (it turns out) you can't pay for anything from the online Apple store with a @TSB business banking account.

@TSB Your app is not working for me still. This has caused a great distress to me and my house bound mother, you need to sort this out for ALL of your customers. It is absolutely disgusting service and while I understand you are trying your best to fix the issue, it just isn’t right.
-
Anne McLellan
(@AnnieMc63) reported
@TSB Thanks for coming back Rich - Statement is loading now but I’m unable to see my pending debit card transactions - there definitely are some as funds available and balance do not match - error message is… ! We are unable to display any data please try again

@TSB this is a joke now, I can get the app working but my card keeps being declined everywhere. When are you going to sort this. Might transfer to @NatWest_Help.
