    @SteLaw808 @TSB I’m having the same trouble. When I eventually got through they told me they are not aware of any issues. Looking at these tweets that’s obviously a blatant lie. Currently in a call queue, again! TSB sort your stuff out or lose my business.

    I don’t want to catastrophise. I’ll start with a new bank swiftly, do the necessary admin and get on with my life. But can I just say, @TSB - this is a shocking way to treat a customer! I plan to refer the case to the financial ombudsman to help prevent it happening again. 🙏

    @TSB just had a payment blocked and now can’t log-in to online banking. Was on hold for 25 minutes, was told that someone has tried to empty my account, call cut out and they didn’t bother ringing back. Now on hold again! Horrendous customer service.

    @TSB Trying to make online banking transfer between accs. Website says error en host: ip7003, app says T&C of account does not permit debiting of these funds. I have money in my account, why is this happening?

    Apparently they just needed to check basic things like name and address. Fair enough. But when you don’t hear back, why close the account and turn my financial life upside down? Isn’t that a bit drastic? Not least after a 23 year customer relationship with @TSB

    @TSB Yes, I spoke to a lady from customer services and have had correspondence. The lady was going to close the case after I spoke with her. Since nothing has worked so far, I felt that I had to inform you once again.

    @TSB There appears to be ongoing issues since the upgrade. I can log on ok but when I try a transfer, the app just crashes. I am not in a crisis but I am concerned about your other customers.

    @TSB still can’t login via browser/app. Every time I put in correct information, just met with, “ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong”. This problem has been happening for 5 days now, and judging by near enough every tweet to you, it’s not just me.

    Tried to open a business account with @TSB and waited 2 weeks for an update. Tried to log in today to find out and my application can’t be found(??) Called up they said my application can’t be found(??) Emails sent from TSB still show our communication but yet according to 1/2
