Lisa Minot (@lisaminot) reported from Borehamwood, England@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Due to the hours I work (12.5 hour night shifts in A&E) and the fact my mum is house bound we rely on a weekly online grocery shop. Now can't have it today like normal. When will it be fixed?
