    Banking with @TSB is great if you; Never want to access your own money Never want the app to work Never want to see your transactions Don’t value online banking or local branches 0/10 would not recommend.

    @TSB Why do you make it almost impossible to inform you of a death? All I want to do is freeze the accounts and provide you with a death certificate. Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

    @tsb App and website down, no way to confirm payments have gone out, any ideas when whatever issue it is this time will be fixed ?

    @TSB yet again the app does not work, saying ive either no Web connection or if it very slowly connects, sorry we werent able to do that appears. Awful been nearly 2 hours now.

    As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭
