@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB so the banking app has been down since 6pm last night. Can't travel to important appointments as can't use card even though there is money in my bank... I hope you're gonna compensate your customers for this MAJOR setback...

@TSB I've literally not gona longer than 3 months without an issue with the Tsb app or the service in a really long time. Last time I almost switched bank. I know its not twitter teams fault but ******* I'm sick of this. Hope you can provide meaningful update soon and GL with the day
