@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

@TSB Hi there, spent 30 mins last night trying to get through on the phone to the fraud team no answer, tried again today no answer . Got a text was trying to phone up to check my account was ok but no one seems to answer your phones , great service to customers not

@TSB scumbags send me a check after about a year for a complaint when I’m no longer with the bank I asked for a transfer to my new account and they are telling me I have to wait 3 days when I could clear the check quicker stupid thick people working for this **** company

@TSB my online banking has been down for days can’t access or transfer money from my account keep getting technical fault when trying to log in. Problem after problem with your banking time to compensate customers that have been affected by your terrible service
