I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

Steven Alston (@steven_alston) reported@TSB just waited on the phone for 20 minutes to get through to someone and when I was speaking to them they hung up on me! Not very good service. I’m just trying to find out why my credit card is being rejected when trying to add to Apple Pay. Says contact the card issuer.
