@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@Winter__Fire @TSB I’m back on fine now payments going through fine can transfer money now, I suggest for people to log in and do their memorable information because mine still don’t log in with Face ID or Touch ID just works when I do my memorable information hope this is works for you all?
