  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @santanderuk @TSB My account has been blocked while I'm abroad for the next two months and your support team is doing nothing to help and it is causing me financial hardship.I am physically in Spain and cannot get to a branch. Telling me to go to a branch is not a reasonable solution.

  @WorldFamousHot1 @TSB I actually really enjoy trying to log in 68 times just to check some bills have been paid - EVERY MONTH. It really makes you feel valued as a customer that they haven’t addressed the issue in 4 years.

  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment
