I find TSB so hopeless to deal with I only keep the account as a backup as it’s not for for purpose as a primary account - this morning for example, internet banking via the app is broken. I had all the ID their website said I would need, more in fact. But I didn't have the debit card (it's an account I only use online). Man behind the counter just said no.

My dad left the Bank of Scotland after more than 50 years as a customer because of their poor handling of accounts when we lost my mum. It’s appalling that this passes as „service“ 🤬
