@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB Im afraid its not. Still stuck in the never ending update your app but nothing to update to cycle. Its bad enough that on a regular day your app only works if you shut every other application down but not being able to access at all beggars belief

@Tesco @TSB is 3d secure down. Getting some obscure problem processing payment error after 3D secure. No issues using the card elsewhere like Amazon

@TSB Yes it’s gone through now. It started working around midnight last night. It went to the part where it hands off to 3D secure and then failed

@TSB usual useless systems - a chatbot in your app that refers you to an email address. No one to call after hours when u keep declining my card online even though it’s fine . I told u this 3 days ago and phoned up . Service just gets worse . Time for a change #tsb
