    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon.     @TSB (and those following)… the online payment code issue seems to be fixed here now. I'll be helping my parents switch banks over the next few weeks. The downtime is bad enough but the total lack of (useful) communication is a dealbreaker.

When I got through to customer service she said that was the part that wasn't working so they'd switched the system so everyone was getting codes. I think that's what overloaded the system. I did get just two codes this morning from last night - about a 14 hr
