@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB Online banking not working on Firefox. After logging in there's a screen 'Keep up your savings habit.' Clicking continue logs out instead of carrying on to banking. Works OK in Chrome.

Buying something from a UK Apple store? Don’t use a @TSB card because @TSB won’t be able to pay. Transaction declined and TSB call centre says they can’t do anything to help, just use another card from another bank!

@TSB @TheSun Don't bank with TSB folks, I was a victim of fraud a week ago and still haven't got my money back. Several calls to the bank and shocking customer service who just like transferring you to several departments!
