@TSB 3 calls, 2.5 hours, no result! Locked out of account and no one can help. I’m in an infinite holding pattern being passed from pillar to post. I’m self-isolating and have no access to either of my accounts (both well in credit). I’m completely frustrated.

@jpchicgeek @TSB I also have similar issue contacting support but nothing changed until my cousin recommend @rexxytech to me and he help me recover my locked account back in 30mins. His an expert.

Was forced to create a @TSB Savings account to get my money out of @LOQBOX and still waiting for the details of the account to be posted in Snail mail to me so that I can access the account. I just want my money FFSake Grrr

@TSB you placed a block on my account on Friday 2nd July, but didn't even have the common courtesy to inform me!! So no payments can come in nor go out!! I spent hours today, on hold, being given the run-around! What excellent customer service!!!!
