@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@bendashper @TSB Yeah, had the local @RBS_Help branch shut down years ago, now there’s no bank branch anywhere in Possilpark, it seems like banks are moving to online/urban centres and are leaving many residents out to dry across Scotland

@TSB @TheSun Don't bank with TSB folks, I was a victim of fraud a week ago and still haven't got my money back. Several calls to the bank and shocking customer service who just like transferring you to several departments!

@toryboypierce @TSB Someone should start a few hundred Friendly Societies to provide this customer service. Banks are the root of all trouble. Look how they caused trouble when we had to bail them out during the toxic loan fiasco. They don't care a fig about customer service.
