@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@tsb this is beyond a joke. Spoke to one of your operatives who advised this was because last person didn't clear the issue properly, he said he'd fixed it. Just went to log on and - you've guessed it no access ! This is crazy, you are stopping me operating my business

@kerrisavage @TSB Shittest bank ever, I'm changing to a different bank in the new year, sick of the constant issues with TSB now. They closed all the local branches then make it hard to bank online. They are a JOKE

@TSB please tell me how I can complain about your Payment Verification Team? I’ve tried doing it via the app but due to the multiple issues I need to raise it’s timing me out. Don’t want to spend a further 4 hrs on the phone so do you have an email address for complaints?

@JPCastingD @TSB I had this too initially. Try using chrome to login. Speak to customer services and leave the app alone til after the card is activated at a cash point.
