@TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@dowling_andy @TSB Correct. Sky have a notification on their web site "Online Banking services are currently experiencing technical issues. We are currently urgently investigating the issue." HSBC works fine on my PC but that's no consolation for those that need to use the app.

@TSB In all fairness I rely massively on WiFi where I live because the reception of my phone provider is terrible this just couldn’t happen at a worse time we have 2 young children to get ready for there christening and not being able to pay people is embarrassing to say the least

@TSB I am unable to access your services via my mobile, different broadband provider to my network provider, able to get onto TSB site on a laptop… I suspect this is a TSB Issue as opposed to ISP issue.

@TSB It's sky Internet causing a problem. Turn WiFi off and use mobile data to access your app. Hope this helps someone.

@TSB Not TSB’s fault this time. Sky is the culprit. Lots of banks and UK universities affected. It is a DNS issue.

@John170277 @TSB It is a Sky issue but only affecting those services connecting via particular DNS severs. Sky have acknowledged the issue to JISC who provide internet connectivity to universities.

If you are having problems this morning using #SkyBroadBand if you have a VPN installed this fixes the issue. @TSB is the issue the App or #SkyBroadBand

@TSB I’ve just managed to sign into online banking on my phone. Switched off the sky WiFi and used my phones mobile data (3 mobile) - can sign in this way.
