    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

    @TSB @TSB OTP to landlines no longer works, produces 'cannot complete your transaction'. I know you have a webpage full of error codes but this one isn't included. Please fix, can't get into banking!

    @TSB I have tried to log on to system today and been having issues, requires to send otp states within 2 mins arrives 5 mins later once keyed in then it states another error has occurred! Do you have more issues today!

    Any 1 else getting told it’s their own fault or is it just me? I find it hard to believe I’m entering in the wrong info that Iv got written down Infront of me and used for years @TSB

    @TSB Unable to login via your app. It says my User ID is incorrect but I use the exact same User ID via my laptop. I receive a code and it still asks me to confirm my identity. Piss take.

    @TSB No I haven’t. It’s the same issue as everyone as was having last weekend maybe. Where it kept getting declined even though there’s clearly funds

    @TSB Hello, I've been trying to log in to move money into my account for a service I've had to pay for today, can't log in so now I am overdrawn. Both online and the app won't work and I'm not near a branch. Poor service tbh.

    @TSB I’ve been trying to logon to the app for hours now!! It keeps saying I need a OTP, I wait for the text which never arrives within 2 minutes it takes over 5 minutes and then when I type it in another error shows!! Same on the website too!! What is going on???
