@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@kinkazunio @TSB @PrideOfBritain I too had terrible service with them when I had an account with them some time ago. I left and never regretted it. They used to be great years ago, such a shame.

@TSB I am seeing two transactions I don’t recognise on my account. One appears to be the Non-Sterling charge but I haven’t been abroad. One is CD **** 04NOV22 and the other is 2.99% CD **** 04NOV22. Can you help?

@TSB A TSB business customer cannot download monthly bank statements from your website or app The customer has to visit the branch to collect a printout of the statement, what is the benefit of this? Furthermore, we cannot download more than 3 months of transactions at a time

@TSB absolutely terrible customer service. Dropping me a text to say a new card is in the post and I can only use my current card in person and not online! This card better come quick - I have online bills to pay and do the majority of my shopping online!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

@TSB I didn’t try again last night or today yet. But I’d like to DM you about a fraud claim I talked to TSB about last night BUT was told what happened isn’t fraud and they won’t help me get my money back?! I will DM now
