  @TSB yet again the app does not work, saying ive either no Web connection or if it very slowly connects, sorry we werent able to do that appears. Awful been nearly 2 hours now.

  @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  @SpencerKingham @Barclays Ive been locked out of my @TSB app for months, they wont help me, keeps saying my fingerprint and memorable info is wrong.
