    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB if you don't sort your sodding app out I'm moving to Revolut. The only reason I bank with you is I set this up when I was 15, and I've too lazy to change it. But if your app is gonna be slow, buggy and useless. There's no reason to stay.

    @TSB are quite literally the worst! And their customer service is somehow even worse than the bank itself! I'd get more calling the local zoo and asking for the sloths to get me some help 😩

    1 hour 20 minutes to get @TSB to remove *another* incorrect fraud flag from my account...this time 1 disconnection, spoke to 4 people on awful phone lines and "enjoying" 1 hour of hold tones/music. @TSB - your customer service experience is ghastly.

    @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?
