In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

jamie robertson (@pinkjockalypse) reported@TSB Now, for the 2nd time this year I find myself unable to log into the app bacause it is 'unable to authenticate' my login. Please explain why this is happening repeatedly and why despite a promised investigation I received no results or an explanation from TSB.
