  @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

  @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

  @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @TSB as a new customer trying to setup my online banking I am appalled by the poor service and lack of care I have received. This has to be the worst service I have received ever, and your Indian based call centres are an absolute joke!

  @TSB It still says no Internet connection, so the app is broken, can I suggest you turn off the server on again.
