@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@TSB trying to authorise a payment for an online order & waiting for a code to be sent to me but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m abroad and phone is working fine. Any ideas what the issue is? Or how I can authorise it via online banking??

@TSB 1/2 - Been trying 2 pay several bills online since Saturday a.m. Verification codes taking hours 2 arrive - way beyond 10 min window, so they are useless. Called customer service (40 mins on hold) on Saturday night - just said they are aware of problem but gave no help.

Has anyone tried Starling Bank (a UK online only bank)? I only need a simple current account, no overdraft. @TSB (The Substandard Bank) are still not allowing payments so I'm now looking around for other options for once they finally allow access. Any recommendations?

@TSB you've been 'working hard to resolve the issue...' with online payments since Friday. Still nobody can access their money, nobody can speak to an agent online, nobody can speak to a live agent without a long wait, and then just to get the 'we're working hard..' non-reply 1/3
