  @TSB Thank you, Alex. I'm all in favour of doing what we can to prevent fraud so I support the general principle. I am however concerned it will raise false positives in my case as I use different keyboards for Mac, Windows and Android - I therefore type differently on each!

  @TSB My cheque 2my roofer= rejected, so I did a money transfer =under review. (Even tho there was no prob with acct) Took 2 days of international phone calls, online banking & TSB Twitter support to be told = still rejected. 🫣 Don't apologize, Give me a $25 fone card #tsb #bank

  @TSB Etc etc etc TSB have abandoned any kind of face to face customer service, despite using that very selling point in marketing only a few years ago !!

  @TSB Poor decision. I suppose the share holders will be happy with this money saving excercise. You are ruining high streets and communities. Your SE1/SE16 customers will now have to travel to Peckham or Bethnal Green to do their banking and this is good customer service???

  @swsamweaver @mushhead_ @TSB Had same problem from last month. All of a sudden i couldnt buy crypto. Its my money and my choice. They dont stop people from betting or spending money mindlessly at a casino. All investments have elements of risk, which is what all bank state with their products. Sour Grapes!
