  @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

  @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment
