My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

I raised a complaint last week, eventually got a reference number yet no acknowledgement via email that my complaint has been logged or even properly recorded?? Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday
