    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK

    bit disgusted with @TSB i was calling to report fraudulent activity on my account and you put the phone down. not cool. and @bet365 gamble responsibly??? Someone has been using my card and it isn’t something that appears to be wrong WTAF???? nearly £2k stolen zero help SHOCKING

    @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

    @TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

    @TSB why has a load of transactions from different companies that went out and came up on my statement dated 2nd march and then been debited again today as duplicates this shouldn't be happening you've toon nearly 115 from me in error !!

    Not terribly impressed @TSB decided to give online help a try re. Mortgage. Simply wanted to know what my rate is as its unclear when i log in and where it is on website Was given wrong info, very unclear. Ended with being disconnected. Thankfully i saved transcript, woeful CS 🤬

    Check and double-check your old paper notes before paying in at @TSB The machine chewed one of mine and didn't register it. Fortunately, I spotted the error and staff were helpful in retrieving it. Paid in by a human cashier at the second attempt and all's well

    @TSB I’m sorry, but this isn’t going to help me now. I will be complaining and going straight to the ombudsman but want am I suppose to do in the meantime. I have literally £3.60 to my name. TSB have caused so much financial hardship n don’t think Iv ever been this stressed.

    @TSB I'm hoping you can help me with some info for my degree regarding round up accounts. Would it be possible to have the round up savings be automatically transferred to a charity? Is this feasible? What would stop it being feasible?
