@TSB not sure why you need a DM, fairly simple - logging in needs a one time passcode if new device. Works if you ask for it on a mobile, produces the error if you check the box for the landline.

Unable to log into @TSB online. Waiting for password by text but this isnt coming through. Eventually get timed out, go through the whole process again and same thing happens. Called them up, they just said restart phone, did not fix the issue. Joke of a bank! #TimeToSwitchBank

@TSB Unable to login via your app. It says my User ID is incorrect but I use the exact same User ID via my laptop. I receive a code and it still asks me to confirm my identity. Piss take.
