    @TSB why has a load of transactions from different companies that went out and came up on my statement dated 2nd march and then been debited again today as duplicates this shouldn't be happening you've toon nearly 115 from me in error !!

    bit disgusted with @TSB i was calling to report fraudulent activity on my account and you put the phone down. not cool. and @bet365 gamble responsibly??? Someone has been using my card and it isn’t something that appears to be wrong WTAF???? nearly £2k stolen zero help SHOCKING

    @TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK

    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

    @AmazonHelp That doesn't help me Cassandra. I have spoken to a lovely bloke at @TSB who confirmed no issue with card and they are not declining. They've had a few customers report similar issue with Amazon. Plenty of funds available, details are all correct, tsb have confirmed not declining.

    @TSB Trying to log in to my a/c. Fill in User id, password, memorable info. then got asked to tick one of two telephone nos. provided to receive an One Time Password on. The nos. are not current but old ones not in use. So I am stuck.

    @TSB Save the pennies feature tends to be a bit random sometimes! This time i had a DD hopefully ur customer service team are quite efficient but the app n stuff need to be fixed ASAP!

    @TSB I'd like to say what poor service your Saltley branch in B8 provide. There is no care for customer service at all. The customer advisors are useless. This is not the first time I've experienced such poor customer service from them.

    @TSB Thanks for the reply, Phoebe, but that hasn't worked. Same thing still happening. Logging me out when I click on Continue without first "checking & updating" my personal details – which I have already done on a previous visit to the site.

    @AmazonUK can someone competent please help me? Payment from @TSB MasterCard has declined. TSB have confirmed they have not declined payment and it is not their end, it is yours. I've said this to Amazon who are just saying to speak to my bank. It's your issue, please resolve.

    @TSB Have just tried that, Phoebe, and yes, it's working on Safari. My main browser is Firefox for Mac, though, so it would be nice if it could work there too.
