@TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK

@TSB why has a load of transactions from different companies that went out and came up on my statement dated 2nd march and then been debited again today as duplicates this shouldn't be happening you've toon nearly 115 from me in error !!

@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

@TSB How do I know my problem is also your problem? Can you give an estimate how long this will take to correct? I checked just after midnight to check that a payment went through, it was showing signs of vulnerability even then. I need to make a payment like this morning.

@TSB still unable to access internet banking via the app or the web since last night. What is going on?? Any ETA on when this will be fixed? Time to look for another bank I think, after the double payment fiasco the other month now the app constantly going down!
