    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB why has a load of transactions from different companies that went out and came up on my statement dated 2nd march and then been debited again today as duplicates this shouldn't be happening you've toon nearly 115 from me in error !!

    @TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK

    @TSB I have ,you have some serious problems I think I might be taking my money back to @NatWest_Help if your problems carry on ,not being able to make basic card transactions is just ridiculous

    bit disgusted with @TSB i was calling to report fraudulent activity on my account and you put the phone down. not cool. and @bet365 gamble responsibly??? Someone has been using my card and it isn’t something that appears to be wrong WTAF???? nearly £2k stolen zero help SHOCKING

    @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

    @TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

    @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

    @TSB it affected me last night,still can’t log in with fingerprint. trying to reset my login details as can’t remember my password,put in correct user ID & correct dob & it says “can’t identify you from that info,please check and try again”..I know they are correct.what to do?

    @TSB has been down since last night n they’ve all buggered off for the weekend! I’ve been left with no way off accessing my own account as all the answers are wrong when there not! All I want to do is send my mate the £32 I owe her! 🙄 so much for having to be cashless!

    @TSB It’s logged me out and it’s not accepting any of my details. And the only way I can reset my password is by waiting 3-5 days or calling you? This is beyond annoying especially when I need to access my app ASAP
