My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

As someone else said Nationwide are very good. If you get the runaround from the TSB do a Subject Access Request to obtain ALL info from them. They're legally obliged to furnish it.
