    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB been on the phone for an hour and half to be told to go on to google and type up a dispute form as its not a fraud matter. Your customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING!!

    @TSB Fed up having issues every time I have to reinstall the app on a new phone. It asks for a certain length password then tells me it is too long!! Gives me a SMS no and then does not accept it. All info correct yet now locked out. Time to change bank

    @TSB I hope they pay you guys well because your app and online banking are really awful! You must get a lot of grief. But it’s really poor.
