I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.
