Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

@TSB Worst thing of it all is..I’m down £200 because you said I could use it atm and it took the money out my account but didn’t come out the machine,and pay at pump..clap for tsb strikes again.

@TSB Thank you I will make a complaint just to make my point, it’s a shame as I have got on with TSB, I like your app and card design and never had issues but not being able to access my account and card not working is worrying in 2022, I don’t want to risk it again 1/2

@TSB @tsb 22:22 - now able to log in, but attempted payments / transfers are coming back with a message advising there's been an error. I sincerely hope we're being compensated for this...
