@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@StarlingBank The second worst bank ever ( after @TSB ) Got my card today , the pin does not work , the card does not work , the help service is useless. Will close my account today. Go to Revolut , do not waste your time with starling.

@TSB As I have said I have & they will only say that it’s in the pile for the assessor to approve & will not provide further information,it is supposedly a premier account but a very basic service behind it.if I have not heard anything shortly I will be contacting the ombudsman
