All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

We are currently urgently investigating the issue." HSBC works fine on my PC but that's no consolation for those that need to use the app.
