Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB Hi there. An order from Wayfair was unsuccessful due to a site crashing on the retailers end. The transaction is pending. Will this automatically drop back into my balance again in a few days time? Wayfair have said you should receive your money back in 3-5 days

@AlexEllisWhite @TSB crazy. I've actually had good service from TSB on personal and business accounts and like the online side but I know plenty who have had issues. The letter they've sent you looks very amateurish and not the language I expect would meet their corporate standards.

@TSB received a msg yesterday saying I was getting a new card but until then I can't order anything online!!!! Why? I needed to use my card online . How long do I have 2 wait??? Not happy again with the service from tsb

@TSB wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. You’re staff are horrible, no duty of care, customer service is like a circus. Spoke to a lovely woman called Hannah yesterday about how I’ve been treated, a quick response about my complaint would be nice, you couldn’t care less.

@TSB Last year my dying/deceased father had thousands stolen from his Tsb account you agreed that there had been a fraud and a refund was promised however this still hasn’t happened even after complaining I need help

@AlexEllisWhite @TSB They are shocking did a similar thing with my other half, terrible service. Would try @NatWest_Help amazing service, even when abroad !
