    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB @DasmamaSally I am getting the same issue! Now saying they can’t send me a one time password because my number needs updated. Same number I have had for 12 years!! And I can see it’s correct on screen. Going in circles!

    @brouganellis @TSB Apparently the problem is if you are going through Chrome? I went through Microsoft Edge and it worked. Wonderful when it works, nightmare when it doesn`t

    @TSB I have also had issues with using my debit card. I tried to spend £10 at a post office and it was blocked. I have replied to the text multiple times and had no reply. Now I can't use my card. I can't deal with the phone due to disability.
