    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB It is now 2 and a half hours since the last ‘update’. A further update on when this will be resolved is essential especially since the matter goes beyond the app and internet banking. Customers have no direct access to funds. Why is the press not picking up on this?

    @TSB I think you're probably already aware its about your internet banking being down from at least 6am this morning! No way of checking payments, transferring money etc its a joke and happens too often!
