@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

@Lord_Rob83 @TSB Functionality does come and go on the website ( can't speak for the app, no smartphone). I think there is a lot of uncontrolled tinkering at @TSB which is scary for a bank. Also still mistakes left from the 2018 disaster so clearly no supervision.

@TSB When you buy on a comparison site, your transaction is tracked on the purchase website by the comparison website, giving you money back. If the new authentication procedure takes you away from the comparison site link, how do you get back to complete the transaction on that site?
