    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    I didn’t want to leave @LloydsBank - didn’t have a problem ever till they got broken up and then @TSB #christ the customer service 😵‍💫

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB This is so frustrating, seems to be a constant issue with you, especially on payday. People rely on the app to pay bills etc, this is a ridiculously poor service.

    @TSB This is ridiculous, can't access the app and need to move money to cover bills. It always seems to happen on payday - the most important day!!@

    @TSB You keep apologising but it’s at least one a month that we have issues. Today is pay day and I need to pay my rent and debts, I cannot even check my balance. Beyond frustrating
