All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2
