@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@HowieMac77 @TSB @financialombuds Oh. Don't get me started on #PPI. Banks have dodged a bullet on PPI. Yes they have payed out millions in compensation. But why ******** have we got to apply for it. The banks should be up front and historically give it back to people. Millions are still owed.

@TSB Hello, how can I request a refund for a service that did not take place from a retailer e.g. Ola Cabs? I was charge for two rides that NEVER took place and both payments were taken from my account.
