  Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

  @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

  @TSB I’ve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

  @TSB I have sent the photo. My son who is also a tsb customer has also just tried to deposit a different cheque on his own account and is also unable to do so with the same error code
