    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB 32 minutes waiting for the second attempt to sort this and still no one is picking up. Not great customer service really is it?

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB Tried the “customer service” line 3 times today. To be fair, I’ve just noticed a line of text which says “account closed” next to available to spend. This does imply the account is not active but doesn’t explain why you felt the need to send me a statement?????

    @TSB Sauchiehall St Branch Glasgow are a nightmare ..the manager Robert Ryan never answer the phone and Danielle declined customer ID ! Terrible way to treat charity !

    @TSB useless -what is it with tsb-another approved payment x 2 rejected when back to payers site - this happened before . Nearly lost out on time restricted tickets because of their incompetence and you can’t get an answer on the phone - thank you mbna for bailing me out again

    @TSB It’s does but the credit limit still shows as active in my Experian credit file. I will try customer services again later.

    What is the point of "Strong Customer Authentication" @TSB if 40+ minutes later and the code has still not arrived. It doesn't matter which phone network or on-line site I am on, its the same which implies that the fault lies with #TSB yet again #letdown #Unreliable

    I am so sick of @TSB I e been trying to book flights for 2 days but each time I have to keep authenticating the payment on the app. Go back on the flight website. When I do that I lose all my details. Fed up of TSB doing this a the time! Help 😤
