Our account was set up for all households to have joint access originally, but login has gone thro so many extra security levels, I’m now the only person who has the authorised devices & passwords & even I get confused! I work Monday to Friday. The nearest branch no longer is open on Saturdays. How do I pay in my cheque? Absolutely appalling service!
