    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB Not only have you logged me out of the Internet banking app. No advisors are avaliable for me to reset my MI so I can get back into my account, if you ever sort the problem. And to top it off my local branch is shut on Saturdays and Sundays. Why are there no staff on phones?

    @SCDC_Dawn @TSB I have been struggling since last night Dawn to get on. I have payments declining today. I tried to find a chat options as have covid can physical talk on a phone but you need to log in your account to contact them. It’s stressing me out.

    @TSB @ReviewsRishi No, it has not! I still can’t access accounts via phone app or internet. Card still being declined and not working at ATM. No idea if payments due at midnight have been made; can’t access money, can’t transfer either. Bloody nightmare - yet again!

    @Tiggerjoh @TSB @TSB for those still having problems, I seem to have figured a work around on my mobile app. Instead of using fingerprint, use the standard login. So far this has worked everytime when fingerprint has failed.
