Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

Say's that my Sort Code and Account Number don't have an 'Active Contract'. What's going on? I just tried to reset my memorable information. Couldn't even get the texts through for it.
