    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @TSB Is the app working?? I've approved a payment but the vendor is not seeing it. Called your 0345 975 8758 number to ask, but gave up after 20mins.

    @ZoeKeeffe @TSB @waitrose Shame as I haven’t had an issue with TSB before. Apple Pay just worked so think it’s been fixed. Hope you’ve managed to get it sorted for yourself too!

    @TSB my card keeps declining and looks like a lot of other people are experiencing the same problem! Yet again another problem it’s getting beyond a joke now!

    @monzo When i link my @TSB accounts Sometimes it'll stay on 72 hours, other times 24 hrs before expiring, is there any issues your side causing this? TSB have reported it

    @TSB not everyone wants to use the self service machines. Stop trying to force it on us at every interaction - especially if I'm the only customer in the bank. Sometimes just accept its quicker and we prefer to use the counter

    @TSB Thanks, I will do that. If I have used my actual physical face to approve a transaction via an actual physical phone in my possession I don’t then expect to keep being inconvenienced by payment declines. Its a farce and a poor customer experience entirely

    @TSB Hi Tom, I gave up and used a different provider to make the payment, so it worked perfectly. Disappointing customer service, just not a good experience.

    @TSB in the process of switching to this bank. Very disappointed with customer service. Payment to another UK bank is under review, but have been waiting over 2hrs for someone to contact me. Will anyone from Tsb reply on Twitter???
