    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    Looks like @TSB online banking is down. Keeps telling me there was a problem & I have to set up my app details again, then still throws an error after asking for the authentication phone number.

    @elliewithanph @TSB Same I just went in said there’s an error logged me out and I can’t go back in. Neither the app or webpage works.

    @TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on
