    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?

    @TSB No impact though and a social media post will not disguise the shambolic service I have been receiving. I will never ever recommend @TSB for anything ever again

    Trying to call @TSB and losing the will to live. Been hung up on by an automated system, directed back into the automated system by a person who told me he'd put me through to the right team... Now on third attempt to speak to someone to set up a DD Just dire. Truly awful.

    @TSB please help/ advice! My fiancé has been without the use of the banking app for over 3 months now - due to a tech error! He has reinstalled several times and changed his password. How can we move this forward!? It’s crazy to not have the use of such a vital tool in 2022!

    @TSB after being with you over 20 years, I cannot believe the service I have received today. I will be leaving shortly and I would tell anyone to stay well clear @TSB. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from management level
