    It’s a sorry state when a major #UK bank like @TSB sends threatening letters to customers who already pay back well beyond the minimum payment every month and have never missed payments to pay more or we will suspend your services in 30 days So having problems with liquidity TSB?

    @TSB No option on the app tonight to pay credit card. In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

    @Ginger_Tucci @TSB They closed our local branch and brought a weekly bus in. I used to watch people queueing in the rain to access their own money. TSB actively hate their customers

    As rather than paying well over their current minimum minimum terms you will end up paying their minimum terms placing yourself as a customer on a persistent debt register then switching @TSB from providing false info to non-false info to credit reference agencies 3/

    @TSB why can’t anyone access their bank accounts? No communication just a note when you try to get in the app saying some people have an issue? When will it be fixed?

    @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…
