@TSB internet banking not working at all well today. Keeps logging me off or saying this service not available. Need to transfer money so keep on trying and it does work now and then. Anyone else having problems?

.@TSB #TSB You must have the worst 'customer service' I've come across. I am unable to open the new digital banking terms and conditions in an email, and the 'contact us' option is just an A-not much-I that only understands the most basic queries. How do I speak to a human?

@Lindzspoon @TSB Of course they are! They spend more time down than functioning these days. At least it’s reminded me to change my bank. Wouldn’t surprise me if they go bust within the year
