    @TSB Don't know if this is relevant, I turned off wifi on my mobile phone and used mobile data instead and I logged onto the TSB app no problem. Internet is with Virgin Media

    @TSB hi i am from india and i have been trying to get access of my account for last 2 years but no success till today Got it reactivated but no such support from TSB bank’s end Have been sharing multiple emails with the issue but receive the same email reply everytime

    @TSB here we go again. Beginning of the month when everyone pays their bills. Do you have a capacity problem? Hope there’s no bank charges when people can’t access their account. #justsaying.

    Worst customer experience @TSB and only just opened an acct. Most definitely not helpful call centre and holding for 35 mins to try and give you my business. Just a joke
