@Matthew06372804 I'm with you Matthew. Going to close my account tomorrow because the service is so bad that its unusable. Every time I make an online payment my account gets blocked, and the only way to fix it is to call and get put on hold for hours. @TSB Complaints told me this is normal!

@TSB Hi, is there a way of viewing my PIN on my account rather than waiting 7 days/ working days for a reminder PIN? It's so archaic and a waste of paper to wait 7 days when other banks allow for immediate viewing after security checks have passed. Please let me know ASAP, urgent
