    @TSB Have been trying to pay online since Friday, totally frustrated at contacting customer support but the absolute worst is the total lack of information given to customers by TSB. This has been appalling. How do we make a formal complaint ?

    @TSB Cannot make any online payments, this is everyone not just me, as advised by customer services last night. App authorization disabled by the IT at TSB and switched to authorize via code sent to phone via text or call..but this is not working either. They are aware!

    @femmementation @TSB I suspect the primary app authorisation method has failed. The problem is the backup method also isn’t working either

    @TSB tried calling you regarding online verification can you sort this out as you can’t pay any you can move money to another account. Was highly embarrassed about a cash point issue no money in the machine to give to a taxi driver

    @TSB trying to make a payment online to confirm a booking and my authorisation code is not getting sent through, usually sends me to app to approve payment, this happened yesterday aswell can you confirm if you are having problems this weekend
