He has to call you?He can’t when he can’t top up the phone! We have been in branch twice before he travelled and you assured us this wouldn’t be issue!

Bert (@bert_jaya) reported@TSB just had a payment blocked and now can’t log-in to online banking. Was on hold for 25 minutes, was told that someone has tried to empty my account, call cut out and they didn’t bother ringing back. Now on hold again! Horrendous customer service.

PM (@philmck74) reportedWhy oh why would anyone chooses to bank with @TSB is beyond me, moved most of my banking away approx 5 yrs ago due to very poor service. Ombudsman awards complaint in my favour, still trying to sort the issue. 3hrs on the 📞 2hrs in branch & still no further🤬🤬🤬
