@SwailesRuth @TSB What ps me off and not jus this company they blame Covid. FFS working from home does not make it longer to respond just put teh staff on! Still no refund of the 500 taken twice from my account

Interesting, if you need to raise a payment disput with @TSB they have absolutely no processes or procedures in place for people with disabilities like #dyslexia or hard of #hearing! Let’s hope my raising awareness will help them change things for others. Or, bank elsewhere.

@TSB I have made international payment 15th Feb. And I am still waiting the money to be transferred. It is two month. I don't know what is the problem. TSB bank didn't explain me.
