    @TSB so you file a complaint against this.. T totally S **** B bank Complaints not dealt with in a time frame which they have to do by law so what they do when you speak to customer relations staff who think they have put you on hold but haven't & getting called a ********.. 1/2

    @TSB your document identification software is garbage. Tried for 15 minutes taking pictures of my passport to get the same "can't find the corners" error message over and over

    @TSB What about the emails, phone calls, voicemails I’ve already left? Why are you not already phoning or emailing me sorting out your issue as a priority as your technology isn’t fit to purpose? I’m going to charge TSB for my stamp duty charges due to your incompetence.

    @TSB We couldn’t it, there was no option to option to do what we were being asked to do. Craig was going to report the issue with his management.
