    @TSB so my mum is elderly & deaf. I am trying to add mobile phone no. Online banking registration doesn't work. Phone banking discriminates against deaf. Online help were useless but Terry from Swansea call centre perfected the ' say what you want but I'm not here to help'

    @TSB why has a payment I've tried to make has been denied despite the fact I had to go into my online banking app to approve it? Used my fingerprint ID verification TWICE and that still wasn't good enough. Called 2 of your customer service numbers. Neither were useful. :(

    @TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

    @Xero @tink @TSB All I'm hearing is "We're doing everything we can but we're not going to tell you what we're doing". You could do the courteous thing and just update us with what has or hasn't been achieved since the issue began. Who has time every day to re-run the connection... when it works?!

    @TSB hello, I've just been on hold for a long time waiting to report fraud on my account. I spoke to a very nice lady who put me on hold but after a couple of mins the line hung up. This is the 2nd instance of fraud in 2 weeks, please help

    @TSB You're not able to provide a direct update in 6 months of this system being broken? Wow. So do I get my account fees refunded and future fees waived until it's sorted?

    @TSB it has been over 3 months trying to have signatories added to our business account!!! There are directors who have died on our signatory list and no current director is set up as a signatory... our business is failing to make payments to contractors and pay our staff! HELP
