    @TSB totally unacceptable service this morning. Card blocked for no reason, no password sent. 90 minutes on hold to sort it out. I take it the CEO is still the same one as during the online fiasco. Maybe employ more call handlers. That was an utter farce.

    @TSB we’ve spent two hours trying to get through to someone as someone else has set up an account in my dads name and is contacting his customers for money. Please can someone help. We’ve also tried @actionfrauduk with no luck.

    @TSB your app is down with "sorry we weren't able to do that" after biometric verification. Please don't ask for a screengrab because your app blocks screengrabs.
