@TSB I have been unable to approve payments since Saturday as the Approve button on your Mobile App is frozen. I wasted forty minutes between your help line and reinstalling the app and still nothing. I am so fed up with how unreliable both your website and your app are.

@TSB just to say worst customer services & live chat which is laughable!! Every single time I get cut off, no one calls back and I’ve to start from beginning!! This has been ongoing complaint since FEBRUARY sort yourselves out!!!

@TSB app doesn’t make me approve payments. I click on “approve payment” and do thing happens! It’s been days! Also this thing of approving payments all the time is very impractical! I called the bank and they told me that there is an issue…when are you going to resolve???
