    @Soxthewavingcat @TSB If its a direct debit payment that is incorrect you can claim it to be immediately reversed und Direct Debit Guarantee Will be on banks website and any DDM you signed

    Hi @TSB woke up and checked my account and instead of correcting it now another £200 has gone out leaving me in my other draft with no available funds to use,this is error is messing with ppl ability to buy food and travel! I expect by 8am this to be corrected!

    @TSB are you actually serious? You return the money you stole yesterday but now when I try to transfer it to a different bank account it keeps throwing up a random error message. In just want access to MY money. You aren’t fit for purpose as a bank.

    @TSB £300 and a night shift lost at work due to no funds for transport and child care. I expect compensation for being out of pocket. Especially now you've taken another duplicate payment instead of rectifying the issue! Absolute joke!

    Had to wait over 3 weeks to use my new bank card after mine got ate in a machine as TSB had an issue sending out new PIN numbers and now this glitch with duplicating payments! @TSB is a joke, they need to refund everyone ASAP this is so unfair.

    @tsb good evening, after promising the money would be rectified tonight I logged into my banking to see even more payments have been taken making my account in the negative now. I now have no money for food or bills. Help?

    @TSB @agfreeth Instead of putting right over night, Tsb have taken further amounts I'm £1500 missing and £500 overdrawn. This needs sorting now!! Customer service is disgraceful.
