  @TSB Hi, it was from a personal account being made to a company. I tried to make payment around 30 mins ago, got a message to say it was being checked and then a text to say it’s ready for my approval, and to log in.. but now I cannot see anything on there. Thanks

  @TSB I've been trying to transfer my money out my account all morning , and you keep blocking me out of it , I've spoken to your fraud team twice and it's still not working. Got lads that want wages and I can't pay them untill I can transfer , I'll be moving to @StarlingBank

  @TSB which competing bank would you recommend to switch to? I'm looking for three things which you can't seem to provide: -ability to log in without errors -ability to export statements without errors -being able to access my money when I want to, not when your website works.

  That’s it, I’m done. @Kevin_macm we are moving banks. I’ve had to use @TSB online banking a lot recently as we are mortgage hunting. The useless site infuriates me every time. Absolutely terrible! And now I’m in a bad mood.
