  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday

  @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.

  @TSB another ‘first of the month’ and another online banking outage. It’s bills day. Pay day. Money needs to be moved. How can this keep happening? Sort your IT out.

  @TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

  @TSB as a new customer trying to setup my online banking I am appalled by the poor service and lack of care I have received. This has to be the worst service I have received ever, and your Indian based call centres are an absolute joke!

  It’s wild that some 2 years after one of my debit cards got replaced has my old card stopped working with a monthly payment. Not a DD. Card payment. Only slightly worrying @TSB

  Why is trying to get in touch with a bank almost impossible? Phone directs to online banking for answer then cuts out. @TSB make it simple I need to cancel an appointment
