@TSB So sick of your useless app going down. Couldn't log in yesterday, same issue persists today. When will it be resolved? I can see from the many tweets you have received that this has been a problem for a lot of your customers. Not good enough.

@TSB All that money you are saving from shutting local branches, perhaps you could direct some of it to getting a working app, I mean you ain’t a start up company FFS!!! Others i speak to say I never have problems with my online banking - guess what they don’t bank with TSB 🙄

@TSB This is not OK. This is a regular occurrence. Hard working people want access to their money to pay their bills and your useless app is yet again preventing that. You will lose loyal customers and your reputation and deservedly so. 25+ yrs with you & I'm off.

@TSB It’s literally constant, always an issue with it. Raised a complaint last time and pretty much told by your complaints team I had made up the fact your services we’re down as they said it was fine. I’m so so annoyed shouldn’t be this difficult to check a balance or move money!
