    Had an ongoing issue with my bank card for over a year. 2nd time in 1 weeks I've had to report the same issue with having a new card too. Rang 1 week later to be told its a 15 day wait for a response!! aye no worries @TSB seems reasonable to have no card or access to a branch

    @TSB bloody awful customer service from the fraud team. Been rung about a dozen times but can’t get an answer from a human at TSB. Been on hold multiple times for nearly an hour!

    @TSB @PrideOfBritain 20 years I’ve been a loyal customer of TSB. Had mortgages & loans always kept a healthy bank balance, Just checked my statements and realised you’re now charging me £15 a month account fee? Nowhere was I informed of such a fee. Time to switch banks 👎🏽

    Hey @TSB You've closed all your branches in Plymouth except the one in town, where I have to pay to park and walk through town to get to, then be told by a rather curt member of staff that there is no counter service on a Saturday! Can you remind me why I bank with you?

    @TSB don't know why you need a DM, I described what is happening. This has been raised before as a fault. Surely your technical teams keep a list of what has gone wrong and whether they fix it?
