    Well the “one time passcode” for visa 3D secure by @TSB works well. First time I get a code. Tap it in where requested fails due to incorrect code despite entering it and double checking it when tried a second time. Had it resent same “error” and ran out of tries.

    @TSB I have tried to pay for something through moonpig and my app and you r still refusing my card. I have been with you for nearly 30 years yet your service remains crap...I'll be changing banks. You continually stop my card whilst abroad.. Horrendous service...2nd world app

    @TSB I constantly get ERRSCA02 errors when trying to login to TSB Online banking via Web. Please can you advise why and when this will be resolved. Been this way for 2 days now. Thanks.

    @TSB your website security has recently downgraded - memorable information now gets typed in, not selected from a dropdown. Makes a mockery of the 'this step improves security'.

    @TSB have just spent approx 90 mins trying to sort my a/c out with 1 of your supervisors. Still not working. So no means of using app-new passwords etc & no time line as to when will work - 3rd time!!!not impressed.
