    @TSB I would have thought a banner on your online banking site stating the error would be the very least you could do - instead of customers stumbling onto the error. Yes you corrected it like it never happened. Like I said trust is a big deal when it comes to money.

    @TSB Can’t seem to set up memorable information when trying to register for my online banking as it keeps showing technical error message. Tried to phone the helpline earlier and managed to get through to someone who then cut me off. I have been trying to sort this for a month🥲

    @TSB Get my complaint sorted this complaint started in December and were nearly at the end of March 15 days to solve a payment issue ... yeah right can’t believe still not one person has called me #shitshow

    Did I just stepped into a time machine? Went to my (local) branch of my bank (just turned up) to sort out something complicated. The issue was patiently solved & I left with the direct line of someone I could call at the branch if I needed more help. Thanks Penelope @TSB Reading.

    @TSB Maybe a text would have been beneficial too reassure customers, Twitter is the only platform I've seen this issue raised by TSB. Theres quite a few duplicate transactions on my acc, I'm not even sure if balance is correct. No prob but communication needs to be improved re this

    @TSB Hi. I completed an online complaints form on 14th Feb and had no response or acknowledgement for an issue going back to August 2021. Your website says I would have had an acknowledgement within a week!! Can somebody help plze?
