@TSB Not the first time something like this has happened, let's be honest here @TSB . Over the past few years there has been a plethora of errors that has put the customer in a financial mire. All customers should be compensated and all fees removed.

@TSB Already completed one. That’s no help what’s so ever. You should have been keeping customers updated through out the day by email, texts or calls. Or better still returned there money immediately to pay bills

@fooksie_says @TSB No, it shouldn't. Worrying that it's happened two days in a row. Not had so much as an email apologising or outlining what happens if people are financially disadvantaged because of their error. It's poor.

@TSB a few transactions I have paid on my bank statements have been reflected as being refunded back into my account. Can you please explain? Is this a glitch?

@TSB I get that you’ve refunded people but a nice touch would be offering some compensation as you left a lot of people overdrawn even £50 compensation will be better than paying £550 to FOS per customer surely?

@TSB Thought I had won a watch when I saw money coming into my account only to find numerous double payments had occurred weeks ago. As a customer of 35 years plus I am fast losing trust in your ability to care for my monies. Will be expecting an explanation as to why this happened.

@TSB TSB, your customers have had no explanation why this has happened, can this be more transparent please??? More importantly, is this likely to happen again and what are you doing to mitigate the risks???. As a customer can I be assured that there has been no data breach!!!

@TSB @FionaCochran11 But, will you be transparent and publish the reason for the problem. And I mean a real breakdown, not just PR spin. Many tech companies do this and it actually builds trust. I'm waiting with baited breath
