@TSB Your app is not working for me still. This has caused a great distress to me and my house bound mother, you need to sort this out for ALL of your customers. It is absolutely disgusting service and while I understand you are trying your best to fix the issue, it just isn’t right.

@TSB I have done. But I'm told there are no agents available until 9am on Monday!! This is ridiculous. After an event such as this there should be people available to deal with customer complaints!

@TSB Direct debits and standing orders take , but none of mines actually reached any destination accounts. Not being pernickety, but my partner’s SOs arrived fine. Having trust issues now.

@TSB The only option available is a landline telephone number and when they click send. No code is sent to the landline. So I was trying to update their mobile number on the account. After clearing cookies TSB website sent a code to mobile so TSB ovbiously has mobile number
