    @TSB I’ll ask him to try this when he’s home shortly. Although he has the app on his mobile, we’ll delete it and try again. Won’t he need log in details such as pin user name etc that you send when you first register for mobile banking? Which we don’t have hence the problem. Thanks

    @TSB I’ve been a customer with your for 20 years. But you don’t feel the same anymore. You weren’t there when I needed your support the most and I just went into one of your branches and the friendliness and closeness has gone. Might consider changing banks soon

    @TSB I can't give you a foreign number to ring me back in relation to my mortgage. I can't login to my account because I need to register a new number...help.
