  @TSB why are you now forcing approval of online payments via mobile app. It doesn’t work. Yet again you’ve had a stable, working service and you’ve screwed it up by another change that no one has asked for.

  @TSB When do you plan on fixing "ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong" ? Cannot pay my rent if I can't access internet banking. Occurs on the first log-in screen. I can see others are complaining about this as well.

  @TSB why does my Tsb app keep saying I am not on line at the moment when I actually am. It does not let me log in? Is it because I am in Germany?

  @TSB I tried on a laptop I'd not used TSB on before - got to the login screen, it kicked me back to the user ID page with the claim that details were incorrect (they were not). If I try to click continue on User ID page now, I get the same error code as earlier.

  @TSB Favorites tab to home page, then clicking on the login button and going from there. Using Google Chrome.
