@TSB @kwgordonso This issue has not been resolved - please don't lie to your customers - the latest updates to the online banking software are obviously buggy. No one will say what the ERRSCAO2 Error means - this comes from the Boris Johnson playbook of deny everything!

@TSB @OPGScotland I hope you are getting all of this @Debbiecrosbie1 - I'm going to metaphorically pull Dunfermline branches trousers down around it's ankles and spank its arse - Publicly!

@TSB you have one number for contacting you to discuss mortgages 03458353389 I have now been on hold for nearly 2 hours and quite frankly am completely unimpressed with your customer service. This to discuss a problem you have made with my mortgage too.

@TSB why do I need to approve payment now for every single transaction I make ? Even regular payments . Terrible , time consuming and that’s when the service works

@TSB just spent 30mins in queue as the “approve payment” in app doesn’t work. Was told it was a fraud issue. Spoke to fraud - no fraud alerts. Told to phone helpline and start again. 40 mins + no resolution + no help + don’t care. Time to move bank accounts.

@RishiSunak This shouldn't be allowed. If I make a bad investment thats on me, my bank should not be allowed to block transfers. @TSB refuses to transfer my funds to @Bitpanda preventing me from investing. Time for the old school banks to go the way of Blockbuster, Woolworths etc

@TSB the ‘payments to approve’ and ‘chat’ functions on the app are not working. Any idea when this will be sorted as I need these functions to pay bills.

@TSB I am unable to access mobile app or online banking. Error messages for both. I'd like this resolved. I also plan to move all my accounts to another bank because this is happening persistently.
