@TSB my brothers account has error code 244. He has called up and been asked for his account number and sort code, yet he can’t provide those details as he can’t log into online banking to see them. Been a few days now and not had any help.

@TSB Had two payments due today and they are showing as being made in my account but what’s the reason behind the second payment, to each, of £0.00 to each? I see others have had problems too, mine just part of the same.

@TSB please can you advise if it is possible to withdraw from a young saver account (no card) from your Bluewater branch. I cannot get through to the branch on the phone and the central customer service adviser did not know. Thank you

@tsb are there any issues at the moment? I haven't been paid a standing order I recieve on the first of the month from a tsb account to another. Now I'm short on ££. What could this be? The SO has not been cancelled and there's money in the account.

@TSB What has caused the Standing Order issue and will it be resolved today? Will TSB be covering any costs incurred as a result of this problem?

.@TSB needed help with a lost card, was told by you on the phone I could help for the weekend if I went in branch with ID. I went. They were nice but couldn't help me. Now I've also wasted all my lunch break because you closed my local branch. Nice one 👌
