@TSB tried to open joint account 3 weeks ago which apparently would take a couple of days to go through! This is becoming urgent and not a word from you! No one answers the phone & need an account number to speak to anyone still waiting for an account number…. Appalling service

@TSB @MartinSLewis Appointment for Wednesday was rescheduled by TSB to Thursday. Yesterday TSB still couldn't fix my mortgage interest rate because of system issues at your end so I'm waiting until the staff member can resolve it, apparently by next Tuesday. Just keeping log here.

@TSB If it gets sorted tomorrow and confirmation is sent in email or post swiftly then I'm happy to put it down to unfortunate pandemic times, if there's any further delay I shall log it publicly here and start a complaint. Thank you. @MartinSLewis

@TSB Yes, I did check immediately and that's how I saw the maintenance notification. No such transaction in my pending ones, just a couple from yesterday. Is there anything I can do? I cannot call because I have no network service abroad.

I’d vote for a Co-op bank takeover of @TSB as it would rid us of the worst web-site in banking bar none. They are totally inept at customer service.

@TSB The online mortgage form has some bugs. If I add previous addresses in the ‘address details’ section and click next, it stays on the same section. Also at the end of the form the submit button brings you to an error page. When will this be fixed? Thanks

@TSB Every local branch closed, 4 months trying to get a paying in book despite repeated texts saying it will be with you within 5 working days and assurances given over the phone. Failure at the most basic level

@TSB Hi. I’ve opened a new savings account, which shows in the app with a zero balance, but I can’t transfer the amount I said I would open the account with, or arrange the monthly transfer. Any help appreciated please
