@TSB @robertodayaggio Why? You don't reply to DMs. Do we need to ring in to report this? Or will you know each and every customer it's happened too?

@TSB No, I prefer to keep it public for now. It appears you have a major glitch in your banking systems, and as a customer of yours I would like your assurance that all the incorrect payments that have left my account will be rectified correctly.

@LaLaDee21 @TSB It's definitely not the first time tsb have caused financial issues for their customers. There are always rumours of compensation but unfortunately it never happens. Absolutely disgraceful, especially in times like these when everyone is struggling

@TSB How about the £14 in mobile credit I wasted ringing the council for the extra tax payment that had been made that I thought was their error? Was told by my bank that there was a message on internet banking to inform customers of the issue, but there was nothing on the TSB app.

@TSB I acceptable, your error, rectify immediately and compensate for stealing money!!! This is unacceptable!!! TSB is undoubtedly the worst bank ever!!!

@TSB Every last penny better be back in my bank account. This is unacceptable for a bank to make this kind of error, its suspicious what are you bankers upto? What you trying to cover up with a massive "mistake" like this?

@midnightsky_1 @TSB can you help out? That money should've gone either that day or the next business day, not nearly 2 weeks after.

@nikkilowson @TSB A very stressful time for any vulnerable people (i mean im just skint). But dont have to worry about topping up pay as you go meters etc to heat my house! Seen terrible stories.

@TSB So by reversing the payments is putting it right is not correct. This is the least we would expecting. Putting it right would be offering some form compensation as the service has dramatically decreased over the last 18 months

@katharvey2112 @Gosia91661025 @TSB And I literally mentioned in other comments that I have multiple mental illnesses (diagnosed and potentially diagnosable) and two physical illnesses so wtf is this person even on about? I was sympathising with the OP op of that thread saying I only had a little too
