@NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@TSB the verification codes you are sending me are not working. I can't use online chat as this requires me to use the app, which I can't as the verification code you sent doesn't work!!! What can I do?
