@NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@AdamConlon15 @TSB Was problems from 2nd?.. I had fraud on my account on 2nd and 3rd and them when I rang they closed my account and declined my claim. I'm 110 down .. they sent me a cheque for ... wait for it... 7p lol

@TSB I already have and got the standard reply as always. I have been with TSB/Lloyds for over 20 years. Introduced my children to TSB. How you have dealt with the latest issue leaves me very disappointed. I won't be introducing anyone again

@TSB I'm really confused what is going on? Are there still problems? This morning I went into my account and the balance was less than I expected... duplicated payments and then when I've just logged in again, my balance is higher than this morning. This is really stressful 😭😭
