    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

    @TSB Absolutely ridiculous!! The app doesn’t work more times than it does work. Got a list of people to pay from our business account and have to explain to them AGAIN that the banking isn’t working so they’ll have to wait!

    @TSB We would like a time on when to expect these issues to be resolved? It’s been going on hours and you’re preventing people from paying their bills. If you’re not duplicating my payments you’re preventing my access to my own money. At this rate you won’t have any customers.

    @TSB Between the countless times your internet banking service is down and that payment duplicate glitch last week which you cut phone lines for and didn't give an update I'm moving banks. You have offered the most consistently **** service I have ever received.

    @TSB hello, no only can I not login via app or web. I can't use my card to pay my bills due today because my card is being declined! Even though I have money in my account. This is truly disgraceful service, that occurs again and again! #tsb #TERRIBLE
