  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

  @TSB When do you expect I'll be able to use my banking app again? Can't authorise a payment because it wants me to authenticate in the app and the app is currently broken (again).

  @santanderuk @TSB I get you’re trying to protect me but wtf. Surely a system where you authorise a payment and then withdraw is better than me losing out on a show that’s quickly selling out in the USA. Really pissed le off as I wait and miss out
