  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

  @TSB It’s the same as everyone has been experiencing. Same as yesterday . It’s hanging at log on then saying unexpected error . It’s poor service beyond belief getting . And I am a a long standing fan of TSB
