@TSB is so secure that you try to login it says details are wrong so I change password and memorable information and says it’s all wrong again. 3 times. I now have an account I cannot access. I’ll be taking cash out and closing it. I don’t have time for this ****.

How on earth does a customer order a new @TSB card reader without needing to get stuck in a queue on the phone?

@TSB Yup I can understand however adding the card triggers security for a contact to my phone. If in the case my phone had been stolen I would have reported this and shut down the cards. Seems just a waste

Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

You really decided to block all crypto transactions because of fraud? What about miners, traders etc who want to buy/sell into/from there accounts. Guess I will be switching banks very bad decision @TSB @TSB_News
