    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    @WhowhatWah @TSB Yeah it wasn’t the app, it was the data site and the thing came from Apple itself but yeah I’m not changing anything yet ! :)

    @TSB Issues with making online payments also!! Complaint lodged! Financial Ombudsman really should be taking #TSB to task on this! Continuing to provide a very poor service on a ongoing basis! #ukbank

    @TSB @TSB have you got a time frame for the issue to be solved and if my payments do not go out are you going to compensate me. I’m unable to even pay wages.
