  @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

  Banking with @TSB is great if you; Never want to access your own money Never want the app to work Never want to see your transactions Don’t value online banking or local branches 0/10 would not recommend.
