Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@TSB Really angry that even after a round trip of 840 miles to meet with my Mums branch manager that #TSB won't process or honour any transactions for my 86 year old Mum! So much stress anxiety and loss to us when we are simply trying to help her. All we get is PROTOCOL.

Went to @TSB this morning, was told there has never been counter service on a Saturday?!?!?! And that through the week their counter services stops at 4pm?!?!?! I can't do what I need to fo online, how do you do banking if you work mon-fri 9-5? Is this just ridiculous?
