@TSB My son has been trying to get onto online banking for 4 days now. Get as far as putting in the telephone/text code then just get chucked out. He only has 2 goes left now before he is unable to access it. HELP!

After the farce of last week @TSB have gone down again. Granted, I got a notification this time saying the app will be down but the same thing has happened as last week. My card doesn't work. Didn't you lot learn from a week ago? Mindless company.

@TSB 3 calls, 2.5 hours, no result! Locked out of account and no one can help. I’m in an infinite holding pattern being passed from pillar to post. I’m self-isolating and have no access to either of my accounts (both well in credit). I’m completely frustrated.

@TSB you placed a block on my account on Friday 2nd July, but didn't even have the common courtesy to inform me!! So no payments can come in nor go out!! I spent hours today, on hold, being given the run-around! What excellent customer service!!!!
