Paul (@Paul7Law) reported@TSB this issue of taking duplicate payments is really bad.. I can't get hold of anyone at the bank and we are being told nothing about when this will be resolved. What about customers who have not identified the issue themselves? Will you still return payments to those? #TSB

I have an appointment at the vets later today because my 15 year old dog is very ill and was due to be put down later. Now I am so worried that my poor dog is going to have to suffer longer than she has to because of this issue.

Will you be asking TSB to compensate those who have going into debt and what actions will be taken to TRY and stop this happening.
