    @dush077 @TSB Same issue have provided details by DM...but beware as my credit carf was also just declined when i tried to use it online. I hope this issue is resolved quickly

    @TSB are you having some issues today? Your phone lines keep disconnecting. Have tried over 20 times on various phones and they all keep disconnecting despite full signal.

    @TSB please help/ advice! My fiancé has been without the use of the banking app for over 3 months now - due to a tech error! He has reinstalled several times and changed his password. How can we move this forward!? It’s crazy to not have the use of such a vital tool in 2022!

    @TSB It's OK, eventually someone picked up after 18 minutes and we're sorting the problem. Just don't understand why you phone your customers to automatically place them on hold? Never mind.....

    @TSB Tried to pay TSB credit card via my bank online, using the 00000000 acc number and sort code given on your website. My bank says acc doesn't exist. How can I pay my cc bill?

    @TSB you have closed my husbands bank account without reason and no one can tell him why, his account has been frozen and we are unable to access any funds, we are currently unable to pay our bills and feed our children, we need someone to call us back urgently
