@TSB Someone really needs to have a look at the IT team employed by TSB. Honestly never known a bank or any app for that matter to be down for such long periods. So frustrating and I really should look to leave but I guess that's tomorrow's problem.

Hi @TSB I’m trying to access my mobile banking app but since trying this morning it has said that the app is being updated. Do you know how long it will be until the update is complete? 🤔

@TSB surely the app which has been updating all night now should be working by now. I have to check my balance before going out to get the last few school bits for the kids. I've never known a bank to have such trouble with a banking app.

Your app has been down@hours @TSB I need to check my balance and need to make a payment! What’s going on! Not really good service I understand you need to do work but 11pm until 9am and still can’t get on!
