    @TSB I only have mobile data no Wi-Fi. Cannot log in by computer as I don't have one. I have arthritis in spine. On benefits. My elec pre payment meter has run out. No elec now. Cannot get to shop to top up elec. I rely on your system for internet mobile banking for everything.

    @TSB It won't let me take a screen shot of the error message When I try to log in, It basically just says "We cant do that We are having problems authenticating your device" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2 times since yesterday

    @Deeangelique_ @TSB The thing is, I have so many different pots and bills ******* with my @tsb account - that I just haven't got the time or energy to transfer everything. BUT I will be left no choice if #TSB don't fix the issue and compensate accordingly.

    @TSB it looks to be a mobile data issue as on O2 data i cannot connect but with WiFi i can thank you for the help though

    @TSB in guessing your mobile banking app is down.....again. only set it up again lastnight after being locked out and now I'm locked out once again. No replys other than "were sorry to read your message. Try turning device off". Makes not 1 bit of difference.

    @TSB Now I'm told by TSB it's an O2 mobile network problem. Possibly other mobile networks as well.

    @TSB You services are down, why is no one actually checking anything. I can see the network traffic and things are just plain broken. Totally useless. This is not a user thing, this is a bank thing. Get it fixed.
