@TSB Yes but what can they do? They cannot lower the criminal interest rates? We either sell to down size or get repossessed or pay the extra amount through the nose and have no life

@TSB hi, been trying for the past 4 days to complete an online application to switch to a new spend and save account ( from click through from Money Savings Expert). Can’t resolve reported “technical issue” because your phone system seems to have seized up.
