@TSB was there a problem on the 22 of this month regarding payments from Ireland? I am still waiting a regular payment that was issued on 22 and normally this appears on the day of issue. Still waiting

@TSB It has not been resolved! The issue is still there. Apparently just checking a few things on my account! Your answers on Internet banking are as bad as your replies to tweets. Enough!! I’m out. Terrible Terrible bank!

@TSB Even when you can find a branch open, they won't take 10 bags of coins on a Saturday - aparently they haven't offered a counter service during lockdown and it's worked well!! I reckon in a few years, there will be no banks - just amazon type lockers to drop money in!!!

Hi @TSB I have a problem, my debit card appears to have stopped working, app says you’re open till 11pm but have just called and it says you close at 8pm

@TSB think you need to do some customer service training. A loud sigh followed by it’ll have to wait until this afternoon isn’t the greatest reply to an enquiry about a document that you’ve had for nearly 6 weeks.
