@TSB Between this and the app not working to approve payment! So can’t make the ones you want but get double charged for ones you don’t want to go out!

@RSmithy82 @TSB They won’t respond anything different on phone or will temp close inbox - best thing to do is issue a formal complaint, request compensation and escalate to independent authorities if not satisfied! Seen other people say refunds will be made before end of the day - we’ll see!

@ShairaHaque1 @TSB To be fair, they did add in on their website, there's an automated message after selecting personal account via the phone, and there's a notification on the app as well.
