    Do @TSB always send a text after you withdraw money warning that you need to check you have enough for future payments. I’ve had no access to online banking for 4 weeks now so can’t check on there what’s come off

    @TSB have opened app just now and it says I have no accounts that can be accessed through mobile banking. It was working fine on Friday. Is this to do with the maintenance that was carried out?

    @BootsUK how quickly do you take a debt card payment? I have no @tsb bank acc access online so can’t see what’s come off and what’s not. Transaction was last month would it be off yet.

    @gillburton @TSB I won’t hold out much hope of having my cash then either. Switch went ahead but no access online for 3 weeks .

    @TSB Hi Lesley, I’ve just tried this and it’s still not working. Any suggestions how I can view my saving pots/transfer money? As you’ve closed the majority of your branches.

    @_DundeePerfect_ @TSB 3 weeks and still no access to my account. I regret ever joining them. From what o can gather their app goes down constantly and people get charged for missing payment so good luck if you want to use online banking

    @TSB Your standard of service is poor,, been messaging you on chat for days with no response. On phone again,, on hold for ages as per usual.
