@TSB as there is no counter service at weekends and your branches stop counter service before their closing hours during the week could you advise how I can pay coins in to my account?

@TSB Tried early this morning and several times throughout the day and again just now. That’s over 12 hours so far with no access, just can’t get on to my account to transfer money and pay bills due. Not good enough! #TSBdown

@TSB The worst thing in the world was I was in Sainsbury's and I had to have a trolley rescan, I joked I wasn't trying to run off with anything but when I tried to log in to my app to transfer some money I couldn't it kept saying oops something went wrong !! Thank you TSB !!

@ellisd479 @Lunanie @TSB Probably outsourced all their network engineers/ IT to India to cut costs as well. Because an outage should never be this long!
