@TSB such bad service , blocked my account a they think fraud happened called straight away to confirm that it was not the case ! Asking me to send my bank details and photo id to and email address , i refused and they asked me to go in to the branch , so my next day off i had

@technologytotea @SwailesRuth @TSB Automation has gone too far already imo. It has led to a rapid decline in customer service e.g Boots/all utilities/Evri etc etc Hate it. As for those wretched virtual assistants 😵💫😵💫

Relying on public transport might feel after experiencing what I have today. Some things can’t be done through internet or phone banking and require a human touch, both of which were lacking today at @TSB. Hugely disappointing after the excellent support they gave us last year.

@TSB you really are showing how poor your customer service relationship really is. 14 emails asking for identity documents for an application that has not been accepted by your online service as only 2 out of 4 pages completed.

@SwailesRuth @technologytotea @TSB Awful..I can empathise entirely sadly. Ended up in tears in a well known bank where my parents had banked for 50 yrs ! It was dreadful- I spoke out to all standing in queues & explained my problem. Anger just took over.
