    @integrar what a poor customer service! 7 weeks of follow up and No response to phones calls, emails, complaints or messages. Why does @TSB use them as a conveyancer! @TSB - you should look into this as it reflects very poorly on you.

    @TSB what do you have to do to get an appointment to change a name on your bank account. Customer service these days has gone downhill so badly. Why are banks able to give such poor service???

    @TSB can you tell me why you feel the need to block my pin on a new bank card when can’t use the contactless and no cash on me and tell me it’s 8 weeks to deal with a complaint….absolute jokers

    @TSB I have done everything TSB has asked me to do several times including switching off my mobile before reinstalling. Last week the "payments to approve" page started working WITHOUT having to follow all the rigmarole you insist.

    @TSB Current call 31 minutes. I have done security again ringing 03450758758. I am talking to a woman in the "fraud" department asking me about recent entries which I have been unable to see because YOU have restricted my bank account access ! Please. GET IT SORTED !

    @TSB It wasn't a visit, it was the telephone customer service (general service). Tweeted the same day I called them (a few mins later)
