    @TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    Atrocious service @TSB. Over 30 mins wait to call you at your request regarding a new transaction and suspension of internet access. Please implement service where YOU call the customer if you have a query. #covidexcuses

    @TSB In branch now in MK centre and they too are ringing. They’ve been on hold since 10am. Well done 👏 guys on poor customer service.

    @TSB I’m a personal customer and my online banking matches what is printed on the card - the surname has changed but the title is Miss rather than Mrs (and I definitely selected Mrs when filling out the change of name form)

    @TSB 2/2 getting crime number etc for it to be her, I'm genuinely lost for words, she's even been in touch with @Debbiecrosbie1 PA to resolve the issue but haven't got anywhere. Absolute shambles of a fraud team.
