All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

Your app can't read cheques without failing every time for different reasons. Your customer support is foreign. Moving all my funds to a real bank.

Lee Hewat (@Leehewat28) reported@TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.

Geoff (@geoffb37) reported@TSB block on card and I get out thru to fraud help centre mombai , really deplorable customer service , now on call for 40 mins . Been a loyal customer for years and now moving.
