@TSB TSB ref: 8814006 My mother-in-law with impaired mobility is waiting SINCE JULY for a £900 cheque. She has struggled into your Aberystwyth branch 7x but is told that they cannot help as the Dept dealing can only be contacted by email. Please help, £900 is a lot of money.

@TSB Yeh I learned not to bother with complaints after it became obvious it makes no difference. A complaint followed by a POSSIBLE weak apology from TSB doesn’t make up for the terrible service. Waste of my time 🤬

@keswickbootco It's a trend we are unable to stop. My local @TSB had 8 service counters & lots of space with charming ladies for help & assistance. It now has 2 service counters & if you need someone to speak to you have to phone a call centre for an appointment two weeks away - Ghastly

@TSB Hi l have had to cancel my Tsb visa spend&save card due to supious activity today .can l get my account unlocked to use on-line banking to pay utilities eg; or do l have to wait for new card to be delivered before l can access my account.any information much appreciated.
