@TSB Tried paying online. Larger amount than normal. Account blocked. Had a text to call back immediately which I did 40 mins ago. No answer. If I was generally at risk I suspect my financial abuser wouldn’t have left me alone for such a period of time with my cards. Shocking service

My TSB debit card is being used again for Uber taxis down in London when I live in North Wales. 3 months in a row this has happened and every time they send me a new card plus they put a block on Uber taxis which doesn’t seem to be happening. £155.70 gone this month. @TSB

Spent literally hundreds of pounds trying to sort out what are minor issues while abroad and it all goes round in circles. No one is accountable. Imagine asking to prove your current foreign address by coming into your nearest @tsb bank!!!? #endofmytether #tsb

@TSB are you down again? Service update says you're up, login says youre experiencing technical difficulties and app is on permanently loading

  • boabsmith45 michael smith (@boabsmith45) reported

@TSB you are quickly becoming the worst bank on the High St - 35mins in a queue with 20/30 people behind me and 1 cashier working (felt sorry for her) - Floor manager asked to put another cashier on, told they didn’t have the staff

@TSB @TSB No one else I know has had any problems in making a payment to a company (they have previously made payments to I may add), and then had their card completely blocked without warning...

@TSB Why oh why does your online banking page keep not recognising the same log in details I’ve used for several years??? It’s driving me crazy & I’m seriously considering moving banks because of it. You’ve become absolutely shite since splitting with Lloyds 😡🤬

  • DanPBarker Dan Barker (@DanPBarker) reported from Blindley Heath, England

@TSB when will you finally sort out Internet banking. Down again. Please can you explain why I should stay with TSB?

  • mark_a_ellison Mark Ellison (@mark_a_ellison) reported

@Debbiecrosbie1 Is it the objective of your customer relations team @TSB to fob off customers and generally patronise them and fail to address their issues. If it is then they deserve a handsome bonus.
