    @TSB Norwich TSB won't accept calls, website nit working. Can't make an appointment for mortgage advisor. Poor customer service.

    @TSB My wife went into your Cameron Toll branch today to advise the death of her mother. Only to be told all appointments for the next 2 weeks were blocked out. Bereavement clearly not as important as sales appointments at TSB. Disgraceful customer service. Very upset wife.

    My Dad opened my first bank account for me at 11 with @TSB and now I've filed a complaint and still awaiting promised documents 5 days on from "within 5 working days" and awaiting full closure of the entire account. Good riddance.

    @TSB worst bank ever allowing people to fraudulently open account and you can’t get thought to your Fraud department . Terrible system and poor quality customer service #Banking #poorcustomerservice #fraud
