    Why oh why would anyone chooses to bank with @TSB is beyond me, moved most of my banking away approx 5 yrs ago due to very poor service. Ombudsman awards complaint in my favour, still trying to sort the issue. 3hrs on the 📞 2hrs in branch & still no further🤬🤬🤬

    @TSB Hi yes it went in around 1am which normally is never the case and then my card payments are now failing and looks like others are having the same problem. Can’t shop online using non of my cards with you x

    @taliyahalyssa @TSB Mines was the same never got nothing in till 1.45 but now my shopping and my dd for our holiday have all failed to go through I've tried to buy something of ebay and even that's not working 😕 tsb is getting beyond a joke for all these updates and maintenance is beyond a joke now

    Apparently they just needed to check basic things like name and address. Fair enough. But when you don’t hear back, why close the account and turn my financial life upside down? Isn’t that a bit drastic? Not least after a 23 year customer relationship with @TSB

    @TSB We've got two mortgages with you. Having moved house we have phoned your customer services THREE times to get our new address correct & STILL it's wrong as per the two letters received today. This is ridiculous, how can this ever be sorted out?

    @TSB just had a payment blocked and now can’t log-in to online banking. Was on hold for 25 minutes, was told that someone has tried to empty my account, call cut out and they didn’t bother ringing back. Now on hold again! Horrendous customer service.

    @TSB Trying to remortgage as an existing customer! Was told couldn't continue due to my credit score despite there being "no issues with your affordability". According to clearscore im "soaring high". Transunion also say 609/710. Very disappointing to be forced elsewhere!

    @alastairmci @TSB Just PR puff alas. No effort to fix it, but constant repetition of the fact that it could not now be fixed. People with limited power doing their best no doubt, but the whole thing had a 'computer says no' feel to it.
