@TSB really disappointed with the service I have received since switching to your bank. Been frozen twice and had a payment held. All with no justification. Very poor. Once my account is unfrozen and I get the switch reward I suspect I will switch away.

Anyone know how long it takes @asda to take a debit card payment? @tsb have left me with no access to my acc so can’t see if they have taken payment.

@TSB have opened app just now and it says I have no accounts that can be accessed through mobile banking. It was working fine on Friday. Is this to do with the maintenance that was carried out?
