@toryboypierce @TSB Same as @santanderuk trying to get through to customer service through their online bot “Sandi” is an absolute shambles. I currently have accounts and insurance with them. That will change in the very near future. No customer service here either.

@TSB @TheSun Don't bank with TSB folks, I was a victim of fraud a week ago and still haven't got my money back. Several calls to the bank and shocking customer service who just like transferring you to several departments!

@TSB_News @TSB I can't believe that there closing down the Bermondsey TSB branch next year in April. When Barclays in Bermondsey closed down all their customers went to TSB. now TSB is going what are the locals going to do now. The next nearest bank is Halifax in surrey quays.

Bank @TSB , which had 475 branches a year ago, is axing 70 more branches, to leave it with just 220. So much for customer service
