@TSB This is really not acceptable I have tried to make several payments and have been unable to do so caused me extreme embarrassment with company I was trying to pay - I want a complaint raised banks should have propper systems to allow customers access their own funds and accounts

  • Antiquesam2012 Sam Coomber (@Antiquesam2012) reported

@TSB Not my favourite bank today. Banked with them for over ten years , never overdrawn. Applied for a Mastercard to replace a card I always clear monthly and been declined. I'm not sure what sort of customer they want. Perhaps they want debtors to borrow from them.

  • RedLaser4000 RedLaser4000 (@RedLaser4000) reported

@TSB don't know why you need my details. I'll do it when I get round to it. Anybody else reading this - don't click 'continue' when asked to check details, you get logged out. Go to details screen and then click 'back to accounts'. Do every time as website is faulty.

@TSB what the hell is going on with the online and mobile banking?. I can access my account to transfer money to get home!

@shezRommy @TSB They hardly respond to complaints like these because they have less staffs due to the network issues so save your self the stress and contact @Hack_Ray_ he can help you with your account.

@TSB Not really, it was a reasonable value of cash I wasn't prepared to get out on Slough High St. I'll now need to take time off work to get there if I want to deposit in a machine or counter. Can't imagine why people are leaving banks who forget it's a service industry.

@TSB @maxibarthez They're taking the mick out of you. It's not intermittent and it's affecting everyone. Gather evidence as much as possible (screenshots of this and online banking fails etc) and sue the bums off them. At the very least you need to go to Financial Ombudsman Service
