    @TSB how do I transfer my account to another Bank. Your archaic security system is a joke and embarrassment to yourselves. Locked out again after trying to login on new phone,all other banks offer facial recognition or fingerprint and voice to verify.

    Strong Customer Authentication coming to a bank account near you. What could possibly go wrong. Simple banks IT is notoriously unreliable. Using biometric identification, password verification etc will make online purchasing long winded and potentially impossible. WHY @TSB

    @TSB Trying to log into my Mobile Banking, reset memorable information, oh wait you can’t because you’re already registered, go to log in, oh wait you can’t because we’ve suspended you!?

    @TSB hi I’ve got to say I’m very disappointed with @TSB . This is the second year in a row I’ve tried to buy items from apple’s website to get an email saying to contact my card provider. I contacted @TSB call centre to be told that the problem is under investigation.

    @TSB Not happy for my elderly mother who had money taken from her account and you won’t give back , horrendous customer care.

    Apparently my bank details have been compromised online according to visa so had to cancel my card and order new one .. thankfully no Fraud has happened. Thanks to @TSB fraud team for their help

    @hippytea1 @TSB Did you get an answer to all this? Any resolution? 3 days sounds crap. Was it all legit? Surely they should be able to tell what's what quicker than that. And surely if they just change your a/c number that is gonna stop 99% of fraudsters unless they somehow have direct access..?
