    @TSB @LeopardKitty Are you trying to drive people away from the branches by not offering a service so as to then close the branch citing lack of use? BTW people also did not use branches due to lock down restriction and not because they did not want to.

    Isn't it great when they reach out to you only for them to tell you the same thing or to speak to a bot. Sort it out @TSB, after 25 years as customer I will be leaving at the end of the month.

    @santanderukhelp Great thanks :) I realise it sounds like a stupid question but yesterday I discovered my local @TSB is "open" on a Saturday that doesn't include counter service. Time to move!
