    @TSB @kwgordonso A quite slow reversal from “likely your own fault, try reinstalling the app” to “oh dear, we now see our systems are *****”.

    I’ve been with @TSB since I was born. My parents opened it when I was a baby to put in any money I was given. 28 years later and I’m leaving. Im sick of their non existent service, their unreliability and not being able to access my money due to technical errors.

    @TSB Doesn’t help when you have to approve a payment!!!! If you can’t have a reliable app, don’t use it to authorise payments. Pathetic!!!

    @TSB @brendanjtate Restarting or reinstalling instructions are just part of the Standing Operating Procedures which is just protocol but doesn't actually help the people who actually need access to their money. Or the person trying to approve a payment making a purchase.
