    @TSB Are you fixing the issue with your app I’m still unable to approve payments I need to pay my bills…. I’m going to start occurring charges soon… that yes I will be sending you TSB the bill for! It’s getting ridiculous now!

    @TSB Hi still unable to access my accounts online. When are you going to fix the technical problems?. Been unable to go online for nearly a week. If not sorted soon then I'll transfer my accounts to another bank. Totally fed up.

    @TSB Tried to use chip and pin in 2 separate shops today. Declined both times with sufficient funds in the account to cover. Withdrew cash from ATM fine, is there some problem with card payments?

    @TSB online website (not the app) is not working properly either are you aware? We keep getting a greyed out screen between pages and then error messages.

    @TSB I have a severe disability, involved in a crash recently, in immense pain can’t take medication, money didn’t come out of cash point, staff refused to help, so much for community banking, disgusting behaviour…

    @TSB Hi TSB , I have received a call from Owen ( Branch area manager). I have returned his call, on the number he provided, but the line was busy and would not connect me, instead it directed to your online banking website and terminated the call. Kind regards Michelle
