    @chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

    @TSB It's not just your app or Internet banking via your website. I've just had an outgoing payment fail, so not been able to secure an appointment. When will this be fixed please?

    Another @TSB fail today. At 07:00 their online banking was working for me, by 09:00 it had conked out and it is still conked out an hour later. "Sorry, we are currently experiencing technical issues. Please try again later."

    @TSB No, not just this morning. I'm experiencing issues ALL the time. How can I run a sole trader business like this? I'm done. Monzo never fails me. Ever. They'll have my business now.
