    @chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

    @TSB I can’t log in to my internet backing it’s asking me to reset everything which apparently takes 3-5 days what’s going on I need to pay stuff .

    @TSB Still having problems getting in. Get sent a new security code to re register to then be told it’s incorrect. Also tried logging on via normal website and now been told I have one chance left before account blocked. This is me helping my mother who isn’t good with IT.

    @TSB @bscott_996 It hasn’t been resolved. I’ve deleted app, reinstalled, still isn’t working. Need access to my online banking so that I can close my account

    So @TSB updated their app the other day and ruined the app for every one I can’t log in and I tried to get help the lady start being funny I said I want to make a complaint as it’s a banking error he refused me to make a complaint wow

    @TSB @TSB are you going to resolve this issue properly?The app says enter user ID, but it never recognises my ITwhich I KNOW is 100% right. Then I go to reset my ID, Entering my name and date of birth and then it says we cannot recognise you !!FIX IT
